I don’t know how anyone can hear caramel Frappuccino and mistake that for caramel macchiato. Red head girl was clueless. Target employee she asked to help her give me a refund didn’t seem much more clued in. Not sure why it’s so hard to pull up the last transaction and give cash back. Sheesh..

Great staff here..helpful friendly and fast!I was surprised the breakfast options were very good! I love the hot tea options with honey..and they will recommend and help you pick out a drink if you are unfamiliar with the menu!

This is the worst Starbucks probably in Knoxville. I waited 15 minutes for a drink when there was no line then every single person that ordered after me got their drink before me. After waiting 15 minutes I was given the nastiest drink I have ever had. I got a holiday drink which you would think they would know how to make, nope literally taste like garbage water. I genuinely do not think they put any holiday flavoring in it. Do NOT waste your time and money going to the Starbucks in target. You'd be better off getting a bottled Starbucks drink in the grocery area.

As another review has mentioned, a barista by the name of savana was absolutely phenomenal! She was so nice and made me a scrumptious green iced tea with lemonade, sweetened (highly recommended ?). It was one of the best I've ever had. The service she provided was amazing.

Leaving two stars because I hardly go but the few times I have they have been nice except the last time which was last Thursday night October 29th. I came in and walk up to the counter while looking and seeing if there was anything new and the girl says kinda rudely “just to let you know we close in 3 mins”.... uhm excuse me? I’ve worked in sales my whole life and that’s not how that works sweetheart. Doesn’t matter if I came in 30 seconds before closing, I’d the door is open you serve the customer with a smile! I understand it’s been a long day and you are ready to leave but that’s not how customer service works. Won’t be going back.
