How the hell does Starbucks run out of coffee? Three hours before close. When I finally got some - plain black coffee, nothing complex - it wasn't even hot.

Well I went in on 8/2/24 and it was one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve had. The barista was so polite and friendly and competent. I really do wish there were more workers like her. Also my iced brown sugar shaken espresso with oatmilk was an 11/10

My barista this morning on 5/7/24 was far from professional. I got stink eye when I showed up a few minutes before 7. Not only did she get my order wrong, but she declined to make it right. I got an insincere apology. Plus my potato bite was still frozen when I bit into it. At the price customers pay for Starbucks products I expect way more! Worst Starbucks in town! There’s way better service across the street.

Great coffee if you happen to be in Kroger and have an coffee craving while shopping. Very nice baristas and amazing coffee. I love the Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. The crunchies in it are awesome. It's expensive but worth the cost for the happiness it brings me. Nothing like that first sip of Starbucks coffee.
