Went in and ordered a java chip frap and the girl making drinks said i am not making another frap and so the guy at the front had to stop and leave a line to make my frap because the girl refused to make another one if you work at a drink place you should expect to be making all different types of drinks you donât say you wont make another

I only want less mocca in my beverage but no they can't stop them selves. When I complain about it they sort me on a shot of espresso the next time I want there I payed big money for that. I have been going to them for over a year and I will never go back to Hall Starbucks. I will go to dutch brothers from now on. Food City has just lost my business also. I (hate) that I have to be a Karin but your establishment is not what it use to be. I really hate that. Sorry.

We love stopping in for a treat before we start our shopping trip. Christian, my favorite employee at Starbucks, is always polite and waiting with a smile to take our order. And if he's not on register, he still makes time to say hi as we wait. The man deserves a raise! Also, the drinks are always good!

OK so I go in to get a drink and I get my drink I try it itâs disgusting. It taste nothing like what I had before so I asked if they can remake it give me a refund let me get another drink or something and this girl name Haley, no hate to her. She buds in the conversation and she keeps going back-and-forth. Yes to no yes to know, and then she said no that she could remake it or give me a refund or anything because she already ââ made the drink. I think this is ridiculous because I spend my money there quite often and the one time that I donât like it and ask for a new drink or a refund or etc. they say no I think itâs quite unprofessional of someone to do that and thatâs just my opinion I feel like she shouldâve made my drink again or she shouldâve just gave me a refund either one of those I wouldâve been happy with if she gave me a refund I wouldâve took my business elsewhere, but she refused to give me a refund This is ridiculous!
