OK so I go in to get a drink and I get my drink I try it it’s disgusting. It taste nothing like what I had before so I asked if they can remake it give me a refund let me get another drink or something and this girl name Haley, no hate to her. She buds in the conversation and she keeps going back-and-forth. Yes to no yes to know, and then she said no that she could remake it or give me a refund or anything because she already “” made the drink. I think this is ridiculous because I spend my money there quite often and the one time that I don’t like it and ask for a new drink or a refund or etc. they say no I think it’s quite unprofessional of someone to do that and that’s just my opinion I feel like she should’ve made my drink again or she should’ve just gave me a refund either one of those I would’ve been happy with if she gave me a refund I would’ve took my business elsewhere, but she refused to give me a refund This is ridiculous!

Inside Food City. Didn't like the price but I did like the cold brew. Was tasty & strong which is how it should be :). Guy that took our order was kind and friendly! Great service overall. :) no line which was amazing!!
