Normally I make it my choice never to go to a Starbucks. I was actually impressed that the baristas did not have an attitude like they always do at every other Starbucks I have been at. I do not like the fact that you can't tip off your GPay and I did not have my cash on me. So after I got our lattes I went back and got cash and ran back up to Starbucks and tipped them and thanked them for their hospitality and kindness. The lattes were great by the way.
The cashier was very patient with my 10 year old daughter trying to use your gift card. Our coffee was also delicious.

Ellie was nice at the beginning when I ordered my drink, but when she decided to substitute a Chai latte for a Matcha latte and then proceeded to get upset with not only me but her coworkers and have a constant attitude with them she wasn't being nice at all. I informed her my drink was supposed to be a Chai latte with her response being we don't have Chai so we substitute it for matcha which is who different types of everything and made no sense to me. The gentleman that was there kept apologizing for a situation that wasn't his which I do appreciate when he offered me a hot chocolate because apparently they didn't stock Chai either, I am upset with this happening because this store was one of my favorites to get my starbucks before work.

Ask for a small pink drink worker goes over to make it takes whatever little bit of the juice leftover on the bottom which was very little not even an ounce. Splashed it in the cup over fills with ice and a splash of coconut milk with two pieces of strawberries and hands it over without caring about wasting someones money. Will not be buying from them again.
