This Starbucks is located inside of an Ingles grocery store. I came in for a few items and the Starbucks got me! The new Pink Drink Refresher looked delicious...I had to try it! The barista provided great service! She greeted me with a smile and explained the drink to me with enthusiasm. She even made me feel extra special by giving me a butterfly sticker! Who doesn't love stickers?!? I'm definitely still a kid at heart!

Went to the counter at 10 minutes til 8 PM only to be told they were closed. If you close at 8 you close at 8, not 7:50. Very poor customer service, but I get it, the teenagers that work there were probably in a hurry to go make asinine tiktok videos.

The line was long . But the lady who took her time to make my drink and made it perfect and was super sweet and very friendly. I would rather stand in line for long time and gave this type of service any time . She made sure every customer was satisfied and happy before she went to another. Loved the service

The young woman who took my order was very pleasant. I always get the Honey Citrus Mint Tea Venti. It's also referred to as a Medicine Ball. I never check my orders because I am usually confident that it will be done right. This time it was very wrong. It's suppose to be a Peach and Jade Citrus Mint Tea with steamed lemonade and honey. I was given a unsweetened Jade Citrus Mint Tea. I had already left the store and got home before realizing the mistake done.
