Literally waited in line, while they were too busy doing other things to be able to take my order. Would’ve placed an online order but I’m paying with cash. Walked out and then they finally got the lady behind me, bad service, and bad management.

I'd like to begin that this was not my first time finding the service at this store lacking somehow today was just the last straw. I can handle the gossip and the chatter but today the atmosphere just felt off. And what I overheard today made me angry, the person that was mistreated today sweetie reach out I will pay for your coffee at another store and I am very sorry you were treated that way here!

I went in to order a frapuccino and overhead the employees laughing about a costumer they just prohibited to come back at the store and how they were proud of that. Be very careful with these people as I have seen that they enjoy causing these type of situations. First and last time here. Won't want to be the next one.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The manager made me feel like I was asking for charity when all I wanted was to correct a drink they messed up the day before. I wasn’t asking for anything free — just for them to take accountability and remake the drink properly. Her comment that it would be “the last time” they’d do it for free was unnecessary and honestly hurtful.
I absolutely love this Starbucks. The staff are amazing and so nice, even when dealing with the sheer volume of morning coffee rushes before classes, pregame caffeine pickups, and post night out pick me ups. I’ve never had a bad experience, in fact, they’ve made a couple bad days better :)

If you ever believe starbucks when they say 28g of protein in anything, just don’t. 3 little nuggets of sausage and 2 pieces of complete bacon FAT😭😭😭. Honestly the worst thing over ever tried from here

Man, Starbucks needs to get it together. I tried ordering and it’s like nobody wanted to listen. I said what I wanted clearly, but the staff acted like it went in one ear and out the other. Ended up with the wrong order and an attitude like it was my fault. If I’m paying extra for coffee and food, the least y’all can do is actually hear me out and get it right. The whole vibe was rushed, careless, and not worth the money.

Service has always been great. However the dress code is awful. It used to feel so inviting and now everyone is wearing all black. It feels so corporate, it's really lost the warm welcoming feeling and I hate it. Please give these employees their sense of self and creativity back and let them wear somthing other than black.
