Parking: Limited spots behind building since located downtown and squeezed in between multiple buildings but meter parking is available on streets however it is a super packed area probably most of the time although I'm assuming that last statement.

Wow. After hours at the children's hospital, I just wanted to grab a drink to go. I walked up to the door at 8:55 and the barista ran over to the door and locked it in my face, and ran back behind the counter without a word. I understand, she may have had a long day, and it closes 9:00...but it isn't hard to open the door and say "sorry, we're closed. Have a great night!" Just be a good human.

I feel like a more appropriate response would’ve been to nicely ask for the name. I’ve worked a number of years in hospitality and somehow never felt the need to lash out at random people. This is the type of sass and rudeness you expect at a McDonalds

Why would you call yourself a coffee shop or coffee chain and then not brew coffee? It's a little mind-blowing.
That being said, great staff, good location other than parking and if you really really want an expensive sandwich and some beverage that takes five or six words to order, this is your place :-)
I asked for a Carmel ribbon cruch and it's just watery, like they missed some steps. I only had Starbucks a handful of times and I didn't have the name right so I wrote it down as it shows. I told the guy vanilla frappacino blended. (The actual name is Caffè Vanilla Frappuccino Blended Beverage) and he said the vanilla bean, I assumed that was the proper name and just wrote it down wrong and when I got my drink it was completely different then what I have previously got.
