I came during an off peak hour around 3pm and was disappointed that the terrace area was not clean especially the floor. The staffs could’ve checked carefully and paid attention to the sticky and unclean areas of some of the tables and cleaned them. I understand this may not be possible during rush hour but they had plenty of time. The one who prepared my coffee didn’t seem to have passion with her job and was just in a hurry. I like the location of this Starbucks and the pleasant terrace. Some attention and action to keep it presentable and clean can be done. I’m glad my coffee mocha was good.

Headspace still from an international flight, had to work remote due to ghastly opening semester parking and needed coffee. Kit was wonderful and understanding. All while juggling a queue of cars out into the street. Hope Corporate appreciates you all.

Very horrible energy, I went August 16 @5:30pm. Wouldn’t take 2 orders at the window so I had to go inside, then they take forever to complete my order inside although there was nobody in the drive through line. People going through drive through after me are getting their drinks before me. Very negative energy from staff & got my drink with barely any whip cream to top it all off…. Usually people here are so nice but not these.
