This is my favorite Starbucks of all! The person who writes the Joy Notes on my cups with such beautiful handwriting deserves recognition! I'm always greeted with warm smiles whenever I visit.
It's a nice Starbucks. The coffee is decent, the average Barista is very polite and friendly, and the wait is never too bad, but a shift manager(?) there named Corey (big white guy with beard) gets very pissy when people order their iced coffees with light ice, so if you go there for an iced coffee, BE SURE TO ORDER IT WITH LIGHT ICE!!!

The coffee is always cold even in the morning. They routinely get the order wrong and it’s not an overly complicated order, coffeee with cream and sugar. And one time a barista argued with me what “ black coffee “ is because it is spore toy coffee with cream in her world. This is day two of cold coffee. I go because it’s on my way to the hospital before my shift but I’ll just make some at home . It’s consistently terrible , but most of the people are nice. I’ve never written a review except positive ones but this Starbucks once again robbed me of a hot cup of coffee on a rainy morning before I bust my butt at the hosptial .

One of my favorite places to go when they aren't disrespectful or rude. There is a skinny guy with floppy hair and always complains and when he made My drink wrong he said he's fixed My drink multiple times and that he wouldn't replace the one he messed up. He overcharged and was very disrespectful. Mind you I go there very often and spend alot of money there and he was very disrespectful and went as far as mentioning 1 time he fixed my drink and it was one time only and he tried to say it was multiple times. Like dude if you don't like your job go find another one
