My drink of choice is the latte. People don't realize what a complex balance that requires with the sweet creaminess of the foam on top and the richness of the espresso underneath. This is my favorite Starbucks. Even when the foam falls flat it's still amazing. Excellent service too.

Ordered 2 of the same drink on UberEats for ourselves. Said 5-10 minutes. Took them almost 30 minutes! They made one drink but never made the second one until a manager found out, which by that time the first one was cold.

The food and service here is fine. If you are trying to come inside and enjoy a coffee, eat a snack, or work, good luck. You will not be able to focus because of the mass amount of gnats that swarm you the entire time you are sitting inside. You will eventually be scared to even open your mouth to eat or drink for fear of a gnat flying inside. It isn't just one or two. It is a disgusting amount. Oh. You think you can go to the bathroom to get a reprieve? You are mistaken. There are MORE in the bathroom. You will have to leave because you will feel disgusting and like bugs are crawling all over you. This needs to be taken care of ASAP.

it’s 30 degrees outside and they decided to have the door propped open all day I was trying to study but practically froze to death like idk if it was to deter people from staying in the cafe or what but at that point just lock the doors to the cafe and only do drive through

I came here through the drive thru the other day and I wasn't going to make a review at first but after thinking on it for a while I finally decided to. I went through the drive thru and it was around 8:30 pm maybe. There was maybe only one or 2 other cars but it took a second for them to get to me. I would understand if someone just said it would be a moment but no. Nothing. Then, when I was greeted it was by a totally monotone voice and the worker sounded like they would rather be anywhere else right now. Totally unwelcoming. I tried my best to just stay friendly and upbeat but her voice ruined the whole vibe. My girlfriend was about to say something to the worker but I told her to just keep calm. When we get to the window, the worker opens the window and in that same tone just says my payment. Normally, the workers make some type of small talk but she didn't even try. Then, she closed the window in my face (which they're meant to keep it open??) and goes off somewhere. When she comes back and hands me my drink, I read that her name is Liliana. It upsets me to make this review as I don't like to be harmful to businesses but because of this one worker.. LILIANA. My time was ruined. The drink was good- she definitely didn't make it but I just wanted to share my experience.

When I walked in there were quite a few mobile orders and drive thru orders. One person was working on at least 4 sandwiches and two were filling coffee orders. I appreciate the sandwich and just wish y’all could go through the spinach and pick out the brown stuff and have the ingredients spread out instead of just in the middle. Please and thank you.
Wished the 2 people working the counter could’ve visited less and helped her but we did get our orders. Person working window was completely moving the line through quickly.
Hard to sustain energy as a customer service person but being a team player has to stay consistent

Hello. I’m here not for the first time. And today I decided to try Strawberry matcha. Easy. As usually I have paid for the drink and machine had asked how much tips will I pay. I chose “no tips”. The first question: tips for what? Which service has been provided? Pressing coffee machine button? Does someone bring me coffee to the table? At least Second one: how can I pay tips for service which is not done yet? Tips means thanks for a good and high quality service!
I have paid for my drink around 4:44 pm, employee Larissa had started making my drink. She has made it and put not to the counter where people take their drinks in alphabetical order but she put it behind coffee makers. Behind me was another lady and Larissa made her coffee and gave her informing that her coffee is ready. I was still waiting my drink.
I had to come to the counter and ask “my drink is ready, right? It’s ready long time ago, right?” Larissa nodded.
What is the problem to give the drink immediately if you have prepared it? Why should I pay tips for this attitude? I’m more than disappointed with such a low service!
Employees should be paid proper salary but not requesting tips from everyone and showing an attitude if you don’t give the tips!
Next time I will come and will record from the beginning how long does all process take and how services is provided in case if you don’t give tips! Be customer oriented but not tips addicted
