Just went through the drive-thru (at a time that wasn't busy) and ordered a lavender cream frappuccino. Yep, it's definitely lavender flavored!Anyway, I hate using drive-thrus because of my disabilities. It's usually stressful to make myself understood over the speaker, and I usually have to unbuckle and stretch to reach the window. Then, I have to scramble to buckle my seat belt before the driver behind me gets impatient. It's just usually a pain to deal with even if it's easier than going into a restaurant.I was very pleased with my drive-thru experience today. The worker at the drive-thru was very respectful and helpful. He was patient enough to slow down and listen to my order with no issues. He also put the card reader and my drink within my reach so I didn't have to unbuckle and struggle. Good job.The one suggestion I have for the chain is making sure they have better alternatives than paper or compostable straws for disabled people to use with hot drinks. The compostable straws work fine for my cold drinks (MUCH BETTER than the paper straws), but I know from past experiences that compostable straws have can iffy performance in hot drinks.

This is one of the most consistent Starbucks on regards of drink and food quality. Our usual is an iced White Choc Mocha non fat milk and an extra shot (add the whip of course). Always the Bacon Gouda sandwich. Like almost all Starbucks the employees are friendly and efficient.

No sugar, no sweetener, no half and half or milk.Just a terrible experience. Store has nothing to add to your coffee. Left my mobile order out for them to throw away, it's not worth drinking that way.

okay so, to clarify this starbucks gets SUPER busy around the holidays. line wrapped around the building busy and the inside packed full as well. i have had a fair share of good experiences here with friendly baristas and consistent drinks but at my past few visits the staff have been unpleasant and rude. after placing an order on the app and still waiting in the drive thru for about 20 minutes, i pull up to the ordering speaker and tell them i ordered on the app. they told me that was fine and they were working on it. after pulling up to the window, the girl tells me that i have to come inside and wait on my order as they are backed up on online orders. now i can understand if she explained that this isn't their fault and their system is flawed, as i would have no way of knowing i was wasting my time in the line, but she just looked at me and said "that's all we can do. sorry." in the most unfriendly way possible. so i go inside and wait yet another 20 minutes for my singular drink and food. SOMETHING here needs to be changed

Granted, you can’t ask for a Seattle experience from a coffee shop but even then, this place can never get the order right. Every time we ordered caramel iced coffees we always have to settle with practically black ice coffee. We will definitely be making the effort to drive to a further location than this one, or maybe just Dunkin’ Donuts.
