A donut shop that doesn’t open until 8am? I can deal with the opening time but I’ve been there numerous times when they open and had no donuts in stock yet. The last time I tried to call ahead and their number wasn’t working. Their donuts were my favorite, but after this last time of them not being in stock I’d rather just go somewhere else.
Favorite Knoxville donut. Chocolate Old Fashioned or Coffee Old Fashioned. The coffee is way better than the average around downtown.

The donuts are high quality and the staff is always nice. Some of the best vegan donuts in Knoxville. The vibe was cozy and and it seemed like a well tended spot to do some studying!!

Very nice guy working there this morning. Unfortunately he did not wear gloves or wash his hands. I watched him touch everyone’s donuts with his bare hands and then proceed to touch the POS system to take everyone’s payment. I asked for a bottle of water and he offered me a half full bottle that he used to make another customers’ drink. Exceptional customer service but someone please train him in sanitation.
The latte I got was great!.. ordered half sweet.
However, my experience overall was such a bummer.
They say they’re open at 8 AM, I got there at 8:10 and said they didn’t have any donuts yet, but said they would be out by 8:30, I got coffee and waited since I’d already paid for 30 minutes of parking (and because the donuts were why I came!)… I had to leave by 8:45 and still no donuts in sight.
They get them delivered from another location, so I’d say don’t plan on getting donuts from this location before 9 AM… an hour after opening 🙃🙈 I hate to be a bad reviewer but I just wish I knew ahead of time so I didn’t waste my time and money for parking.

Chill little spot with great coffee and even better staff.
Perfect for a quiet morning, an afternoon break, or even getting some work done while you sip. The donuts are solid, the coffee’s good, and the staff is extremely friendly. Just a really easy place to be.

The old fashioned doughnut tasted oliy.If you break it open you can see it at the bottom of the doughnut. The strawberry filled doughnut was ok but the filling tasted weird.

These are more yeasty and honestly just more flavor than typical doughnuts. Not just sweet, they have depth to their flavor
Talked to the owner for a few minutes before we had to run out to make our dinner reservation, just a nice guy in general and fun to talk to

Unreliable location. Multiple visits with no donuts available. You have ONE job. I will say the Bearden location is excellent.

We saw a sign out front advertising fresh apple fritters and wandered in. We ended up buying apple fritters and a chocolate old fashioned and a plain old fashioned! Wow, they were great! Dough was soft and flavorful. The fritters had chunks of apple and a nice glaze. Prices were great. We didn't get coffee, but nice variety and it smelled really good. We will definitely stop here again before leaving Knoxville!

The best doughnuts and super cute space to sit and indulge in yummy goodness and sip delicious coffee while people watching. I HIGHLY recommend the Coffee Old Fashioned doughnut. It is heaven.

Such a fun little donut shop downtown. Try the old fashioned donut! I also tried the blueberry filled and it was delicious!
I like that they have both old fashioned, and yeast donuts, and both are yummy. They are a good price too.
It's a good place to spend a quiet Sunday morning with coffee and donuts.

We got there early to pick up donuts for the office. At 8:00am the barista let us in but had no product to sell. We left at 8:15. No donuts at a donut shop is ridiculous. We saw the delivery person headed to the shop as we drove away. You would hope a business would operate by the hours they set. Status Dough did not.
