Great donuts! great location! Great staff! Great vibes!
Such a fun little donut shop downtown. Try the old fashioned donut! I also tried the blueberry filled and it was delicious!
I like that they have both old fashioned, and yeast donuts, and both are yummy. They are a good price too.
It's a good place to spend a quiet Sunday morning with coffee and donuts.

We got there early to pick up donuts for the office. At 8:00am the barista let us in but had no product to sell. We left at 8:15. No donuts at a donut shop is ridiculous. We saw the delivery person headed to the shop as we drove away. You would hope a business would operate by the hours they set. Status Dough did not.

Do not go early if you have some place to be. When we arrived they did not have any doughnuts and were told that the owner had not shown up yet.

My first time and the name really fits...dough. As I bit into my cinnamon rolls the dough stretched like gum because it was done fully baked. Eww. 😝

This was maybe more of a 3.5 star experience.
I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and picked out 4 donuts. The place had 2 customers silently sitting and maybe working on their computers but the whole place felt sterile and lifeless. I wasn't greeted and stood at the counter for a few minutes while the lone employee arranged items until I finally asked if I could order. I wanted to sample a variety- so I got an apple fritter, a snickerdoodle donut, a buttermilk old fashioned, and a blueberry Pączki. The apple fritter was the best of those 4. The snickerdoodle was just a traditional cinnamon sugar donut. The base was a bit dry yet also tasted oily. The buttermilk old fashioned had a similar greasy flavor and not the tang I'd expect from this type of donut. The Pączki was just a minimally filled jelly donut...and the dough was very greasy. Normally, the dough is more bready and has a more rich flavor. The ones I've always eaten in the past are heavily filled. This place seems like it has potential but it just lacks the quality or personality I'm looking for in a local gem. Nothing was awful but nothing was great either.

Super cute place, sadly the donuts left so so much to be desired, they had little flavor and tasted old. Friends and I were also not impressed by the coffees either

Small place with a large selection of donuts and other pastries.
The coffee was a bit mediocre.
There is a kind of art gallery next to the business

We decided to stop in Knoxville while on a road trip and were not disappointed. The donuts were delicious - we had the honey glazed and a pumpkin spice old fashioned donut. The weather outside that day was so nice it would have been nice to have some outdoor seating, but there wasn't any. The staff was friendly and made helpful recommendations. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good donut in Knoxville!

Came here because of Adam Ragusea. A bit disappointed as the Old Fashioned had a hair in it! The Apple Fritter was good and the glazed was good as well. Overall, this is a good donut shop, but honestly, it is far less impressive than the hype I got from Adam Ragusea. It's really no different than any reasonable donut shop. I guess I'm giving more of a review about Adam Ragusea, whom I trusted. It's not like this is a bad place, Adam just gave the impression this was one of the best donut shops in the country and honestly, it's just a nice, reasonable donut shop (that needs to be much better about using hair nets!!!

Just like the other two locations, this place is great and every way! I think the donuts are worth the money because they really put time love and care and top notch ingredients and you can taste it! The only complaint I could possibly come up with is that they could make a few more seasonal auctions, but besides that this place is perfect

Both my husband and I enjoyed this shop! We got an americano and a cortado and both tasted great. I am lactose intolerant, so I was excited they had vegan donuts. The shop was cute and the barista was friendly. Great spot if you’re downtown in Knoxville!
