Market Square Subway gets a 5-star rating from me as they completely exceeded my expectations.....and I NEVER write reviews. NEVER. Ezekiel took a large order from me the night before I needed to pick it up. When I came to pick it up on Saturday a little early, expecting it to NOT be ready, Jessica told me that not only was it ready 30 minutes early, but she had boxed it all up for me and it was ready to go. When we got to our event, the presentation was excellent, clean, napkins, condiments, and the bread was VERY fresh. I LOVE it when people surprise me, and they did just that. Professional, timely, accurate and went the extra mile. Thank you Jessica and Ezekiel, I will be back and will recco you to others.........

I didn't like the girl's attention at all. When I arrived, she was outside and didn't even want to pay attention to me. I asked her if she was working, and she got angry and treated me rudely. I don't recommend this subway.

Subway is good but Ezekiel makes his sandwiches like a fine painting! He even did the quality check, just like the add. Very polite, well was gonna take a picture sooner but I.. 😂 was a footlong

They have a lot of work to do from beginning to end. We weren’t greeted properly. Our order was rushed and customers service wasn’t friendly. They were rolling there eyes for everything we wanted clearly looked like they didn’t enjoy there job. Honestly making the franchise look bad by having employees like that, worst subway I’ve been too!!!!!!

Unfortunately we went here 1 hour before closing and there were many homeless people inside. The young man was working alone and was using his disposable gloves to help a man with his phone and make our food- he kept going back and forth. Eww. Drink machine was out of drinks and bottles only had a couple of choices. Would not recommend (atleast after dark).

I’m at this location for the Sat farmers market. My husband was there when they opened this morning. The employee opened the door and very rudely asked “can I help you”. When he says he wants to order, she turns around and walks off. She made his order and then told him he “could bag it himself it he wants a bag”.

Poor hygiene. Did not wash her hands in between orders or before making my food. Was cussing at someone with customers in the store. The worker had a bad attitude. I will not be back at this location.

Service was poor. Worker was slow, sloppy and mishaned the food. Cussing while customers were in the store. Did not wash her hands before handling my food. Over all the worker had a poor attitude. Will reconsider before going to this subway location again.

Ordered my sandwich online and somehow ended up waiting an hour for it when I got there at the time the app told me to. Sandwich was hard and cold, forgot my dippers with my order. Not worth the 6.99 footlong.

I came here to eat after craving it all day at work. I was so excited. I always get a footlong spicy Italian on Italian herb and cheese with pepper jack cheese double toasted. With light lettuce cucumber pickle Red Onion jalapeno oil and vinegar salt and pepper parmesan cheese and sweet onion chicken teriyaki sauce. But the lady that made my sandwich was so skimpy on the toppings. Like she only put four cucumbers and four pickles and very little red onion across the top. The most I got of was the salt and pepper. And for $12 I'm definitely not going to buy there again. That is the smallest sandwich I've ever received at a subway. I can usually eat half and save the rest for later but I ended up eating the whole sandwich because the footlong was the equivalent of a 6-in. Very dissatisfied. Won't be back.

They tell customers that the bathroom is out of order. When I mentioned it was out of order last week too, I was told it has been fixed but they couldn’t find a key. According to some of my coworkers, they tell everyone the bathroom is out of order and direct people to a public restroom a block away.
