Placed an online pickup order. Order took 10 minutes after the ready by time but it’s okay I get it. Was then told they are out of all drinks except Dr Pepper, the flavor of cookie I ordered, half the toppings for my sandwich, carry out bags (not a big deal but) while I was waiting on my food the lady was talking to a customer about spitting in his bosses food. I’ve spent 30 minutes now trying to find subway customer support but it does not exist so this is what I’m left with doing.

I very rarely go in this subway and get subs bc everytime I go in this store there’s new workers who obviously weren’t trained well enough how to actually make a decent sub or they just don’t care. I go to walk in the worker is outside smoking & just goes in to put gloves on w/o washing their hands. The quality of the subs was and always is so crappy & very messy. For the price of these subs I expect at a decent sub not a messy, sloppy one. I could have made it better myself. Do better! And she charged me for my food before it was even made. Bad service all around

They close at 11pm why at 9pm did they only have white and wheat breads. Also, they were out of vegetables except tomatoes lettuce cucumber and pickles. No greeting, just what can I get you. And she made my sandwiches and another customer's without changing gloves(mayo all over her fingers).also, the vinegar was leaking and she didn't adjust for that.

I don’t think I’ve ever rated Subway very highly, but this was a very good experience. I ordered via the app which was easy and use a coupon which made it very affordable. The sandwiches were made perfectly. The staff greeted me when I entered and actually smiled, made sure I had everything I needed and wished me a good day.

Guy gave me cold meat balls. They had been room temp for who knows how long. Guy was a dick, tried to tell me they were cold because i didnt have it toasted. They are going to give someone food poisoning. Prep area looked filthy too. Only had white bread. 👎👎

The outside looks to be getting a needed facelift, but as soon as I stepped in the store today at 11:35, the floor was dirty, and the two workers looked very unhappy to be there. One on paperwork, and the other sitting in the back. The food area was fairly clean, but veggies were a bit mixed in each other. Spinach and cucumbers looked old. They had no Parmesan cheese. My sandwich, which was modified because of the sad looking vegetables, was on bread that was hard on the ends and was pretty dry. I paid $20 for two sandwiches that were not very good. This is a convenient location for work, but I don't think I'll visit again.
No food in stock today to make sandwiches, always out of ingredients, managers get bonuses based on food cost being down so they don’t order products on purpose. Worst Subway in Knoxville.

I put in an online order for a steak sandwich. I received a veggie one without the steak. I tried for 30 minutes to get someone to answer the phone but no one did. This is very poor service. They were supposed to be open until 10. I statred calling at 9:15 but no one would answer.
