I don’t think I’ve ever rated Subway very highly, but this was a very good experience. I ordered via the app which was easy and use a coupon which made it very affordable. The sandwiches were made perfectly. The staff greeted me when I entered and actually smiled, made sure I had everything I needed and wished me a good day.

Guy gave me cold meat balls. They had been room temp for who knows how long. Guy was a dick, tried to tell me they were cold because i didnt have it toasted. They are going to give someone food poisoning. Prep area looked filthy too. Only had white bread. 👎👎

The outside looks to be getting a needed facelift, but as soon as I stepped in the store today at 11:35, the floor was dirty, and the two workers looked very unhappy to be there. One on paperwork, and the other sitting in the back.
The food area was fairly clean, but veggies were a bit mixed in each other. Spinach and cucumbers looked old. They had no Parmesan cheese.
My sandwich, which was modified because of the sad looking vegetables, was on bread that was hard on the ends and was pretty dry.
I paid $20 for two sandwiches that were not very good.
This is a convenient location for work, but I don't think I'll visit again.

No food in stock today to make sandwiches, always out of ingredients, managers get bonuses based on food cost being down so they don’t order products on purpose. Worst Subway in Knoxville.

I put in an online order for a steak sandwich. I received a veggie one without the steak. I tried for 30 minutes to get someone to answer the phone but no one did. This is very poor service. They were supposed to be open until 10. I statred calling at 9:15 but no one would answer.

Do not ever place an online order with this store at night using the app. They are not open like they are supposed to be. They close extremely hour(s) early and take your money and don’t refund you.

If I could write this place a negative zero I most definitely would. This is the most disgusting store that I have ever been in in my life. While waiting over 10 minutes for someone to come help me I was getting ready to walk out the door and the only employee there was walking back in saying that he has to go somewhere else use a restroom as his owners don't have enough sense to fix the bathrooms. The only reason I order sandwich is because I felt sorry for the young co-worker. The sandwich I got had very little meat on it The bread was dry and it was disgusting. I would be ashamed if I owned this establishment not only for the disgusting why they allow their employees to keep that store but for the simple fact that there is no bathrooms available. Someone really needs to call in the health department regarding the way the store is being kept. Would not recommend this to anyone poor owners poor employees and a disgusting store

We have ordered from this Subway through DoorDash a few times and EVERY SINGLE TIME the order is completely wrong and disgusting.
Our ham subs each had 2 pieces of ham (not 4). The pizza sub wasn’t toasted, didn’t have pizza sauce, and only had 3 pieces of pepperoni (that was supposed to be deluxe meat!). Called to complain and no one would pick up the phone.
This business is pathetic. We will NEVER be back.
