Bad food poisoning. Baja Chipotle Chicken Sub. 1/23
Store won't answer phone to tell them to check the food.
We were waited on by the manager June. She was the only employee there and had a line. She handled everything with grace and a smile. You would do well by having more employees like her in your company.

This is one of the cleanest subways in south Knox. They are a bit under staffed but seems to be the normal thing these days everywhere. Each worker ,works their bottoms off . I think if the company would keep the stores equipment updated more ..it'd prob help and if the company it's self would hire people and send them to stores that's only got 2 or 3 workers that'd help also . I love the flavor of the new meat they have,everything seems stocked well everytime im there. Those workers get the job done even tho I've seem them treated very poorly by customers. It's like some customers seem to.forget these are people.also, so I try to keep that in my mind when im anywhere. These same 2 woman. Are ALWAYS here no matter the time of day . So just be understanding when going In places these days after covid ...besides its not a Ruth Chris steak house its SUBWAY people ..lol

Parking: The store is inside walmart so there plenty of parking ,just a little walk to get inside the store

This was the worst Subway experience I've had the displeasure of enduring. The meat was sliced paper thin. My sandwiches were mostly bread and condiments and toppings. They were out of some of the toppings I wanted. The tomatoes looked like they were sliced by someone who wasn't even trying. Looks aren't everything. They didn't even taste good. Also, the service was disappointing.

The cashier’s attitude started off so horrible and ended even more horrible. I didn’t even finish ordering my food because she couldn’t even explain to me what a sauce was y’all have for a sandwich. she started of with an attitude as soon as we was ordering I let that go & then she just kept on with it. People don’t want to spend money when they are being treated rude bye someone that has 0 customer service experience. This was around 6 pm tonight she should really work on her attitude towards customers. If you’re not happy with what you do don’t do it.

This subway is the absolutely the WORST I have ever been in. 2 online orders and it blew their minds. All of the sandwiches made the same but 2 of the four had NOT A SINGLE slice of meat on them. When asked why the girl shrugged her shouldes and said I didn't feel like making them. When I asked for her manager she stated that's not your business. First of all it is my business it is my money wasted because you didn't feel like doing your job. She was more worried about talking to her coworker about doing drugs. I finally got a name from her for a manager. We will see come Wednesday if she lied. I will not let this go as she decoeded to scream in my face . What she doesnt know is my husband had her photo and a video for her manager

The guy taking my order was not happy and did not ask If I wanted anything else after he took my pizza out of the oven.

I had a terrible experience at this store. The store is very dirty. When looking down into the food behind the glass you can see this food unit hasn't been cleaned in months. Old crumbs and meats are packed into crevices as well as under the counter. This should have been broken down and cleaned daily. The staff clearly didn't want to be too there today. An older gentleman took our order while a heavy set female leaned on the register there was a line of about 4-5 customers waiting. Some of the veggies were wilted and stale. I don't know if this is an individual owner or corporately owned but I can't imagine this store will be operating much longer . There are very few restaurants on the Southside it would be sad to see another one close
