Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered my second DoorDash from this location and both times I was unsatisfied. The first time both sandwiches I ordered were wrong but decided not to make a fuss. This time he made the same sandwich twice and didn’t give me my chips. I called to let them know.. no answer. So I drove there. The employee was the only one there and I told him what happened, I just wanted it fixed so I could eat my dinner at home. He begins to tell me I need to go home and dig it out of the trash in order for him to give me service. Mind you I called no answer and I live 6 minutes away. He LITERALLY just made it. After arguing for 10 min I went home and dug my sandwich out of the trash. Upset to say the least. After months of ordering the first time and it being wrong, I decided to try again in hopes that it was just an off day for them. Rude service, HORRID experience

Ordered 2 sandwiches on the app. BOTH were missing the veggies/oil/vinegar/salt/pepper. I took mine back and the lady seemed put out asking in a snide tone what was wrong. I told her and she threw the veggies on. Before I left, I said I even tipped them BEFORE service was rendered....never will they get a tip again.

Dirty disgusting the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life didn’t even complete my order properly gave me one sandwich and it was wrong couldn’t get food fixed or a refund lazy employees .

First time I bought 2 subs in a very long time. We ordered through the app and regretted it after getting home.I ordered 50% more meat yet had less than my fiance who did not. We ordered the same amount of sauce, yet hers was absolutely drenched in it, and mine had such a small amount that the back 1/3 of my sandwich had almost none.I ordered extra black olives, yet there wasn't enough to even be throughout the whole sandwich.In the notes section, we put for both sandwiches to be heated since the only options on the app are toasted or not. They were not heated.I'm blown away. That subway is now $10-12 bucks a sub, and my order was not correct nor was care given about it.I'd never order through the app so you can visually see what's being put on your sub and be mindful of how it's being created.

Listen, Samantha was AMAZING!! BOMB!! Best sandwich maker!! I had online order & saw her from far away use good hand hygiene & put on clean gloves!! Both girls working did that! It means a lot bc it’s a lot of germs out Quick service, clean atmosphere! The other girl working seemed great too. Those young girls was holding it down!! Had a bunch of construction workers come in at once & they were great at keeping order. Every Subway needs a Samantha!! She even went to the bottom of veggies to get me the better looking ones! She was the best ever & I have prob ate 800+ Subway sandwiches ? Great team (2 young girls) they did their thing! I will revisit this one only! Best one in Knoxville! The others I visit are dirty, bad hand hygiene, & lots of bad reviews.

I was waiting in the lobby for literally 5min and decided to walk out because no one was up here. The time was between 7-8 and I even ran the bell. No one came out to service me so I walked out. Worst service ever. I came back 30min later and luckily there was a girl named Kayla that I got. She was nice but complained on how people order a lot of sandwiches and was had someone on speaker phone with her. She was nice and I had good food, but seriously, I didn't want to wait.

Words don’t even describe how awful this food was. Impossible to follow instructions wasn’t even close to what I asked for. Very very small amounts added to sub. I would suggest avoiding SubWay at all costs and going down the road to a much better sub shop called Nixon’s. So tired of being let down by subway.

I understand no one wants to work for the low wages fast food pays, but at the same time if you’re going to be at work you can at least PRETEND to be nice. Guy making sandwich was working only him, and I’ve never seen anyone make a sandwich that slow in my life, and he acted like he was doing the worst thing in the world being at work. Bad vibes.

This subway is a joke. The customer service of some of their employees need some serious attention. I placed a curbside pickup order on the app and they never brought it outside and insisted they never received it! When I went in to get it there was nothing ready for pickup. The app had shown me the order tracker the entire time and told me when it was ready and i waited outside 20 mins past the pickup time before going inside. I was parked right outside the door and could see the woman making a sandwich just a few mins after I ordered and no one was in there ordering. When I went in there was nothing on the pickup shelf and she was making a man's sandwich that walked in the door 10 steps before me. The worker got smart with me over my tone and refused to help me any further. I have yet to receive my money back from Subway and never received the order. They won't answer the phone to help either.
