Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had at subway. The man wasn’t wearing a name tag, but he was a heavyset somewhat older man, wearing a Tennessee Vols hat, and a cross necklace.
I was tempted to tell him that his behavior did not align with his cross at all. He was incredibly rude to me and my husband, from the moment we walked up. Maybe the fact that he had to stand up and get off his phone was enough for him to be upset at us, I don’t know. On top of that, he made a terrible sandwich. If he had at least made a good sandwich, maybe I would have been willing to let it slide. But a bad attitude, bad treatment, and a bad sandwich?? Pick a struggle dude, and take more pride in the cross you wear around your neck.

Worst subway in Knoxville extremely low portions. Beware do not DoorDash from them. Missing items. Incorrect orders. This subway location cannot make a sandwich. Very sad.

I have eaten at this Subway many times. This afternoon I came in for a Coldcut Combo. The man working today got to the part where he was adding the condiments and vegetables. When I asked for tomatoes, he put on lettuce instead. I pointed out the error and he dumped the lettuce off, along with part of the meat and cheese. He then picked the dropped meat and cheese off the little garbage chute and started putting it back on the sandwich.
No, thank you. I went elsewhere.
We stopped by for a quick lunch on a Friday and only one young man was running the place. He was fantastic taking care of all the customers efficiently, quickly and with respect to the customers. Fast and quality food, fast service and a smiling face. That’s about as good as it gets when you’re in a hurry.

The lady behind the counter was rude, no greetings no smiling face, start with what do you want. No option to 0 tip, will not return, there are SubWays every mile. Go down the street people... not here.

I went into subway to get lunch today and didn’t know what I wanted when we got to the counter (there was no one else in line). My boyfriend went ahead and ordered his and I let the worker know that I was still deciding. The woman working the register asked me what I was getting and I told her I was still deciding she heavily sighed and walked away. Then the woman that was making our subs started a separate order without returning to me to take my order while my boyfriend was standing there to pay. She completely ignored us. I walked out of the building and let my boyfriend take my order. She was completely rude to him, every time he asked to make a modification she was snarky and rolled her eyes. If you’re going to working customer service at least decide to have a positive attitude at your job. I’m sorry I’m just a girl and needed a second to decide what I wanted. I haven’t been to subway in a while and don’t plan on returning anytime soon.

Needs to wrap it up better. The food always falls apart and drop everywhere
I ordered online to come pick up a sandwich on my lunch break and came right on the time advised on the app . I went to eat the sandwich and it was so soggy that the bread was falling apart in my hands . I could not even bite it .. It looked disgusting , sloppy and thrown together . I didn’t ask for anything extra that should have made the sandwich so wet . There was no way I could eat the sandwich. I called the office/restaurant 3 different times and spoke with different people regarding this . I provided my information twice for a refund or any kind of compensation and was told that the request would be sent to the correct department/team. I never ever heard anything back so I sent an email and the response was an apology with a “we look forward to serving you again in the future.” I don’t care if I had to starve and die , I will NEVER ever order from here again and will go out of my way to make sure nobody else does either . EW … to the food and the management !

There was only one person on staff but he was very friendly and helpful and made sure my ingredients were fresh.
Vegetarian options: The only issue I had was the sweet onion dressing. Do not like the teriyaki addition to sweet onion. Not the staff issue but corporate.

Absolutely disgusting and inedible. Workers have no class or care about their job if this is what they put out. Went straight into the garbage.
The person working today during lunch hours was so rude! Acted like it was a bother to have customers. Just plain nasty to us. Girl, it is your job and if you don't like it, then don't work! Also, now my daughter has been sick coming out of both ends since eating there. So thanks for the food poisoning or whatever was done to the food. Eat here at your own risk!
They never answer the phones, and staff always seems to be in a terrible mood. Worst subway I’ve ever been to.
