I've worked at West Town Mall for several years and I rarely eat at Subway. Every now and then I give them another try. I won't be back this time. I went for a refill of Cherry Coke and was asked to pay 69 cents plus tax for one. No other subway I've ever been to has this requirement or policy.

No other restaurant in the mall charges for refills.

Additionally, the location is severely understaffed and often takes "15 minute breaks" by posting a sign up and actually going on break for excess of 30 minutes. I am here 5 times a week and notice this almost every shift I work.

Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip on a 16 dollar combo. This is ridiculous in comparison to the quality and service I receive at almost every other restaurant in the food court. Most even offer a discount to Mall employees.

Don't forget this is the same subway that had a live mouse in the cookie display about two years ago.

Terrible service. One of the worst subways I have ever been to. Waited at the counter at 12:30 on a Saturday and only saw 1 person helping 1 customer. Another employee walked out of the back and restocked the veggies and then went back into the back, even though I was standing there waiting. After 10 minutes of no one waiting on me, I left. Don't waste your time here, you will just be hungry with no food.

I love SUBWAY® however this is the worst Subway experience I have had. I waited for almost 10 minutes for someone to come out of the back room to take my order. I placed my order went to a table opened it up only to find mold on the bread. I went back up to the counter and waited again 10 minutes or more for anyone to wait on me. I finally just left the sandwich on the counter and got something to eat at Chick-fil-A.

I would give a zero as the rest of the reviews if I could , seems to be all bad reviews and We agree with them 1000% !! Worse Employees ever , both acted like kids , the one Dark haired lady said she was the manager ( I sure hope not , she was awful ) the black lady with the shaved hair with grey ponytail down the middle , was the laziest most imature older lady I have ever meet , my wife had to tell her 3 times what to put on the sandwich , her and the so called manger just Keep talking while we waited and waited , it was a joke , the so called manger said I don’t need to work , let them fire me , I know with all these bad reviews and nothing has been done , my review won’t matter either , it’s sad how people are now days , this was Tuesday January 7, at 4:09 pm , I know good employees are hard to find but anyone would be better than those two women , Since we were the only customers that should have been a sign to us not to eat there , very very poor unprofessional people!!!!!

The workers were super rude to us and yelled. They would not make me and my friends our food after placing orders on the app and wouldn't help us get our money back.

I ordered through the app and there was no one there to even make my sandwich. Had to leave without it. Called the number for the store and it was not in use. Tried CS through the website twice with no response. Contacted CS through FB Messenger and got ghosted after they couldn't help me. If you're eating at West Town Mall, go to Sbarro for good food and great service.

The girl in the pink hair needs to get her attitude checked and quite frankly , I don’t believe she needs to work there anymore. She was extremely rude to me and extremely rude to her co worker. Throwing stuff and cussing. Someone needs to check this girl.

This woman was so rude, she was in her break and got pissed just for me asking if i could order, whenever i came back she rolled her eyes and talk really bad at me, then yelled at her corworker for his mama not knowing the rules, if you don’t like working here, just quit, you’re a horrible employer

Just went to grab a sandwich while shopping and was greeted by the worst worker I’ve encountered in a long time. She was out of every topping but and treated everyone in line with utter disrespect. She was using her phone with the gloves to make sandwiches on. I paid for my sandwich took one bite and threw it away. She had short blond hair with clips in the front, wouldn’t give me her name. Will not be returning. I am a customer service worker as well, I know the wrath of customers but this was unacceptable.

Dude was so high he didn’t know how to make a club or couldn’t remember what topping I had just asked for. They were also out of ham and roast beef. Not worth the $11 I paid for this sandwich. They should replace this Subway with literally any other sub shop. It cannot get any worse.
