Would benefit from having more than one employee working. Service was good, but very slow because of this (stood in line for 15 minutes with just 2 people ahead of us). The lady was very nice, and the sandwiches were made as requested, but just slow (not her fault, just the only person handling a lot of orders)

Went in with a family of 8! The lady was super sweet and nice and made us very feel welcome! There were also other customers as well who came in and she acknowledged them as well. We truly appreciate the service here and think she deserves a raise!!

Usually pretty good but half time I mobile order and get told my order is finshed I go to get it but they haven't even started working on it. Has happened multiple times and is starting to get annoying

The girl who works day shift is a jewel. SUBWAY needs to pay her double or triple and get her some help. She is very meticulous and wouldn’t put a bad tomato or anything else on your sandwich! She works so hard! I have been to subways all over the country and she is truly the best!!!!!

My husband and I visited this Subway this Tuesday evening 6/3/2025 at 7:36 pm. The young man working was solo, very posed, never missed a beat, was kind and professional! He had a line but treated each customer like they were his only customer! Kudos to him!

I come here pretty frequently and it’s the same sweet lady every time! she does her best to take care of guests and online orders, but it’s all a little much for one person to handle. Upper management should really step in and get another person on a shift or themselves come in to help. Letting this place go way downhill!

I love subway and have been getting the same sub for 20 years, I really want to like this location because it is the closest one to my house but for some reason, the bread at this location is consistently very bad. I don’t know why it’s always so flat but it really ruins the sandwich. I have came on 3 separate occasions and the bread is always flat. Why doesn’t the bread rise?? Sometimes it’s as thin as a tortilla… these photos show the thickest bread I have gotten from this location

This franchise owner is pinching every single penny.

I've been here twice in the past week. Both during what would be rush times. There has only been 1 employee both times. She was doing well doing the job of two people.

Both times I asked for extra pickle. And the worker would only put like 2 extra pickles. The second time, I pushed and asked for more. I've never been questioned or shorted pickles. The worker was hesitant but put a few more pickles on. I suspect either manager or franchise owner is having them be really conservative with toppings. I say this, because I've been to other franchised stores and not a single worker has ever cared if I wanted the whole container.

Look, if I'm paying $14 for a sandwich that probably has a food cost of $4, I expect extra pickles to not be a problem.

Maybe I'm the idiot for paying $14 for a sandwich.

Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location.
