There are 2 subways closer to my workplace, 1 on Merchant Dr. and 1 on Western Ave. I always drive farther to go here. Place is always clean, and the worker(s) are very friendly and professional even when understaffed.

Food was great. But, I have to speak about the service. I believe his name was Mike. This guy kept his cool the whole time we were there and he was working by himself. He had online orders to fill, and those customers were coming in and food not ready, speaking very poorly of him. But like I said he remained professional and kept a smile. Way too many people in line and to only have 1 man running the whole shop.

Watching customers ahead of me use coupons I looked online and discovered a good deal. The clerk said I needed to order and pay online to get the deal. But he would make my sandwiches before I placed the order, to save time for both of us. That's good customer service.
