Service was excellent! Sandwich and ingredients were nice and fresh even though it was just an hour until closing time. The young man who made my order was very polite and courteous and made sure I was completely satisfied!

It was not as good as usual. The toaster did not toast the sandwich as much as usual, for example.

I used to work here. The manager is working in tandem with the general manager who is obviously a relative, to do whatever they please. They steal company product, don’t pay correct wages, and demand respect without even giving out an inkling of their own. I was bullied and yelled at constantly, with my job being threatened just as much. Oh and not to mention, I know for a FACT, from my own eyes, they both of them use hard drugs. At the store too. I will be calling corporate and expressing my extreme dissatisfaction and overall disappointment that they continue to do and get away with this. Don’t go here, ever.

My friend and I went to the Subway on Lovell Ave (DO NOT GO) and the person working there took 20 minutes to make our food, asking what we wanted on them at least 6 times, and had dirt caked on his hands and fingernails. There was dirt on our cups and bags, and we were extremely disgusted. We had no idea what to do because we knew he wasn’t going to be helpful. I’m pretty sure he was in another world lol.
So we drove to this location. Noah helped us out. We explained the situation and he immediately remade our sandwiches free of charge. He was super nice, chatting with us and the sandwiches were perfect. We can’t thank him enough after the stressful situation at the other location. He was completely understanding of this weird and gross situation. THANK YOU NOAH!!!!!

Placed an order on line [because of their sales flyer in the newspaper] for two footlongs for 12.99. Selected a pick-up time for later in the day. When I arrived was told my order was bagged and ready on the pick-up shelf, so....being in somewhat of a hurry, I grabbed the bag and headed back to my house.Upon opening the bag I found only one footlong, and a 6" sandwich, but was charged for the two footlongs. I immediately tried calling the phone number on the ticket. Called 6 times over a 35 minute period......no answer.. Tried their main number listed on their website....no answer. Filled out a form on thier main website to let them know what happened and requested a credit back on my credit card, or an in-store credit They responed they would notify the local ower....Received the following email from "Emily lawson - Regional""Dear Gary Childress,I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and sharing your feedback regarding your recent Subway® experience. At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers. I appreciate your feedback and the time you took to share your point of view. I apologize your last visit did not meet your expectation. I have shared your feedback with my team to improve our customer service.Thank you for being a loyal Subway® customer and we look forward to serving you again in the future."These folks absolutely do not care how they treat their customer, and could care less.. Their response via e-mail must be a common occurance, as the response appears to be a cut and paste they use all the time. There are many choices of where to spend my hard earned money on food, and the Subway will not be one of them. It's more about the principle of good business, than the money.

I ordered the 6" black forest ham straight from the menu at $5.39.Was charged $1.00 more for extra cheese which I did not order. I was looking at the menu right behind Haley (the supposed manager) when I ordered. She would not refund my money and was rude and condescending.I didn't notice until after I consumed it and she said I would have to show her the sandwich. She is not a good manager because there were no staff there during lunch rush, as was the same Friday so we left because of the line. Obviously no wants to work with her. Will not visit another Subway again and Haley, I'm not done with you I'm still calling corporate on you!!

We visited this location on Sunday and was told they will not accept our coupons unless they were printed. We drove back home and printed out the coupons. Went back and ordered our subs with no problems. We went back today on Wednesday, 3 days later...As the young girl cut the bread the top layer was already flaking off, I asked it the bread was hard??? She said no, it just came out of the oven. My husband was standing at the door to watch our puppy in the car, the young girl yelled at him and said YOU NEED TO MOVE AWAY FROM THE DOOR, YOU ARE MAKING THE DOOR ALARM GO OFF AND IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!! He explained to her he is watching our puppy. I was done ordering my sub so I went outside to be with the puppy. My husband called me back in because the girl refused to take our coupon that they took 3 days prior and sent us home to print it out! She called her mother (manager) on the phone and began to lie to her and tell her we were yelling at her and demanding her to take our coupons. Not one time did we raise our voices at her or demand anything. My husband said if you won't take our coupons then we don't want our sandwiches. She said then we shouldn't have ordered them! We paid for our food and left. We get home and the bread is as hard as a rock!!!This is a horrible establishment, they get an F all the way around! Do yourself a favor and drive to a different subway! We will never be back!

Would give this zero stars if I could my old store looks disgusting and the staff is horrid rude and vile to my former regulars this store needs to be either closed or condemned forever they veggies and everything look old from like three days and they change the product label to as they prepped it same day when it looks rough and old and out of date do not go to this store the management team at this store is so disgusting and not consumer friendly. Bring back a former gm to actually to do the job right
Do Not and I repeat Do Not darken their doors! The Manager of this store who’s mother is the Reg Manager per this girl are so very rude and follow their own rules. They do not follow Subway guidelines and want to yell and argue about how they own this and will do what they want. Go somewhere else if possible until Corp and get a handle on how Subway Business is to be run. This store needs to close or lose their Franchise!Do not darken their doors! Next call corporate!
Drives me crazy how it depends on who is working on what they charge for a grinder and how much you actually get. Avoid this location unless you want to have people who don't care helping you. Other local subway locations are far better.
Makes 3 separate customers wait while a single worker works on an online order.
