Great food and service. Nate was very friendly and helped my elderly parents get just what they wanted.

I had a super weird interaction in the drive thru. I got there an hour before closing. The person said there were 2 large orders ahead of me so there was a wait. I sat there for 10 minutes before I was told he couldn’t get to my order because of the large order. I then told him I only wanted a couple boxes of cookies, and I just didn’t get a response.

Smelt nasty when you walked in, not sanitary how gloves were used and when asked about it they said you'd be surprised how dirty restaurants are, no turkey, avacado, bacon etc. Very sad experience altogether. Never ever will we be back.

I love the ease of the app and I use it often, but given my last couple of orders were wrong I will use a different location in the future.

I have been here a few times before and always had a good experience until today. When I arrived, there were 5 people in front of me. I quickly noticed there was only employee so I decided instead of walking out to be patient and have some grace. The female employee was overwhelmed but that doesn't excuse her lack oh hygiene and bad attitude. Other patrons felt sorry for her as she openly complained about her personal life she was having with her husband. Aside from that, while helping a customer, the oven was beeping so she went to get the bread out of the oven. She couldn't find the second oven mitten and went in the back and brought back her own personal sweatshirt to use instead! She set the trays of fresh bread all over the counters, including a tray of fresh bread on the sink, where she is supposed to wash her hands. She was cursing and complaining the whole time about the work conditions and even mentioned something about wanting to bring her husband to work with her. Not sure if he was an employee or she just knew she'd be short handed and wanted help. After making sandwiches for the patrons in front of me, I noticed she was touching the register and ringing up customers and then coming back with the same gloves and making sandwiches without taking off the pair she touched everything else with and putting on a clean pair. I don't know about anyone else, but I definitely don't want nasty germs from the cash register on my food. By that time, it was my turn and I politely asked for her to change her gloves. She did but had an attitude and then when I proceeded to place an order, she told me they were out of what what I wanted. That was after waiting 23 minutes. By then my lunch break was over and quite honestly after seeing how she was running the establishment and being unsanitary, I didn't have any desire to eat from there. It was a waste of time but I'm glad I stood there and was able to observe how many rules were being broken as far as health and saftey goes. Until this place gets some quality trained employees who actually care about serving customers, do yourself a favor and stay away!

Service was excellent! Sandwich and ingredients were nice and fresh even though it was just an hour until closing time. The young man who made my order was very polite and courteous and made sure I was completely satisfied!

It was not as good as usual. The toaster did not toast the sandwich as much as usual, for example.

I used to work here. The manager is working in tandem with the general manager who is obviously a relative, to do whatever they please. They steal company product, don’t pay correct wages, and demand respect without even giving out an inkling of their own. I was bullied and yelled at constantly, with my job being threatened just as much. Oh and not to mention, I know for a FACT, from my own eyes, they both of them use hard drugs. At the store too. I will be calling corporate and expressing my extreme dissatisfaction and overall disappointment that they continue to do and get away with this. Don’t go here, ever.

My friend and I went to the Subway on Lovell Ave (DO NOT GO) and the person working there took 20 minutes to make our food, asking what we wanted on them at least 6 times, and had dirt caked on his hands and fingernails. There was dirt on our cups and bags, and we were extremely disgusted. We had no idea what to do because we knew he wasn’t going to be helpful. I’m pretty sure he was in another world lol.
So we drove to this location. Noah helped us out. We explained the situation and he immediately remade our sandwiches free of charge. He was super nice, chatting with us and the sandwiches were perfect. We can’t thank him enough after the stressful situation at the other location. He was completely understanding of this weird and gross situation. THANK YOU NOAH!!!!!
