My host was Marianda, sorry if I spelled her name wrong but she was a amezing host . And the food was delicious. God bless her . Definitely recommend to checkout this subway when she is working.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway inside Walmart in Knoxville. The staff member was extremely rude and acted in a racist manner toward us because we are Arabs. She spoke harshly, made inappropriate gestures, and made us feel very uncomfortable.
The store’s hygiene is poor — it was dirty, there were flies, and they didn’t even have barbecue sauce. I also noticed one cheese slice that looked old and discolored compared to fresh ones. When I politely asked her to replace it, she responded very meanly.
I do not recommend this location due to the unsanitary conditions and the discriminatory behavior of the staff.

The SubWay at the Turkey Creek Walmart is disgusting. I would give a negative star if it were possible. First of all, the counter hadn't been cleaned in so long that mustard had dried onto it, and lettuce was turning brown around the cutting boards. The banana pepper container had jalapeños and pickles in it. I ordered a meatball sub and a spicy Italian, both toasted. The meatballs on the sub were cold, even after having the sub toasted. I wish I had read the reviews to this location before ordering here. The only two people working at this location are in a relationship, and they got angry when I asked for a refund and refused to give me one... This is the first time I have had a negative experience at any Subway. Just gross.. Don't make the same mistake I did. Go literally anywhere else....

If you haven't read the previous reviews regarding the woman that works here... Read them, and believe them. She is awful. She is entitled. She needs to be fired. Rudest employee we have ever interacted with anywhere in the country.

The staff there were disrespectful, rude, etc. I saw one of the workers kick out a few walmart employees for using a water cup, even though she gave them the cup, then proceeded to kick them out for using it. Later on, while the walmart employees left, I watched the subways worker give someone else a water cup. Seemed a little off to me.

Visited this Subway on 11/24/24.
A man and woman were working behind the counter. The man was polite, the woman was not.
During checkout, we didn't leave a tip, and upon realizing this, the woman threw our receipt down and called us "cheap skates". She then walked away like a spoiled teenager.
Guess what... Just because you show up for work, doesn't mean you're entitled to a tip. You actually have to perform customer service, and be friendly at the same time. I realize this is a tough thing for people to wrap their head around in today's society.
We won't be back. We should have listened to the other reviewers that warned us.
