** Horrible Staff & Bad Food **

Visited this Subway on 11/24/24.

A man and woman were working behind the counter. The man was polite, the woman was not.

During checkout, we didn't leave a tip, and upon realizing this, the woman threw our receipt down and called us "cheap skates". She then walked away like a spoiled teenager.

Guess what... Just because you show up for work, doesn't mean you're entitled to a tip. You actually have to perform customer service, and be friendly at the same time. I realize this is a tough thing for people to wrap their head around in today's society.

We won't be back. We should have listened to the other reviewers that warned us.

Walmart Turkey creek Subway has one of the worst customer service. I think the lady name is. Bertha and her attitude was out of order . Rushing people and complaining about how she's been there all day with no break with no respect to her customers as if it was our fault. Very disrespectful person. This person also stated she's been called on to corporate plenty of times and nothing will be done. Subway needs to do something before you lose money. She's bad for business representation. Another customer lost!

This was one of the worst subways I've ever been to; it took longer than anticipated, and instead of preparing food or placing my order in line, they asked for tips right away. Please avoid going there to avoid wasting your time.

Turkey creek Walmart

The customer service at this subway was appalling
Server came out of the back rolling her eyes at guest wanting to purchase a sandwich
The tomatoes and lettuce were old and no longer crisp and fresh
Server complained to guest about not tipping and stated you don’t tip you don’t get your sandwich

I would like to say the manager there America and the regional Jam they are very sweet and really nice and kind and they do their best they take time out to help you and listen to you and when customers come to order they are really nice about

This same woman is still working there and treated my family the same way a week ago as previous comments. Once we checked out she said wow! No tip! Come on! And kept telling people you'll have to wait!.
This is unacceptable!

Choosing convenience food is a challenge but getting a nice sandwich is always a plus. I only get the Veggie Delight and there is something good about the consistency of Subway's sandwiches. Better than greasy and fried.

This subway is located inside the Walmart in Knoxville TN on Parkside drive. The food was super fresh and the customer service was great with them only having one worker. Atmosphere was clean

Horrendous service. The one and only woman that was working should be fired.
She got visibly upset that I walked in and even told me she's trying to go on break and that I would be her last customer. When she told me it was cash only, I told her I'd be right back. When I came back she said, "I thought you left and I'm done." I stood there for a minute in disbelief and she finally broke the silence and said "fine what do you want?" I ordered my food and she complained about everything. After I paid, she asked if I was going to tip and I said no thanks. She responded "I don't work for free, everyone tips, and I need to make rent." I dropped the 8 cents in change I received in her bucket and walked away.

Didn't even stick around to see what attitude I got when it came to making the sandwiches. Super rude tone telling me and my KIDS "it's gonna be a minute" as you walk away mad about something. The franchise fees are high for subway. The owner needs to secret shop his own place. Looks like I'm not the only one who has had this level of customer service. You want 20$/hr for .25cent/hr attitude. Start making your places worth it to spend 10$ for a sandwich.

The lady running the register was so rude! She was mad cause she wasn't getting tips. She said to me and my son "this isn't directed to you all but if your rich you should leave a tip because we make your sandwich and we don't make that much working here" then the MANAGER chimes with " I barely have enough gas to get home so yeah we depend on them". I think the manager and the other employee should be fired for acting like this in front of their customers. With their attitude they don't deserve tip at all! I won't go back in there if either one of them are working there. This was on June 2, 2024

The woman that was working was rude and telling people that she’s trying to go on break. When people would walk in she would say “what the hell, I am trying to go outside” she stated that she lived off of tips and no one is leaving tips. She used multiple foul words.

Wouldn’t even give a single star if I’m allowed. Placed an order for my wife to be picked up by 1:25PM on 2/16/2024 which is today. When she went to pick it up the lady working there was busy prepping and chitchatting with other customers. When asked about the order she told she hasn’t even started it yet. Was asked to change the gloves and she started behaving rudely just badmouthing was left to be faced by my wife. After getting the order somehow done at 1:45, she asked the worker her name and she was like “never mind about it.”I after getting the first bite out of the sub, turned out the one making it took it all out on the salt & pepper going into the sandwich which my pregnant wife had to eat to the limit she could.If this the way of management/ownership, I guess it’s at the mercy of the first time customers of that Walmart or the restaurant itself. No one would come back if they face something like this ever again.
