I’m leaving this review because I genuinely want this place to be better.

The interior looks very unclean. Even if everything is technically cleaned, the space and equipment feel very old, which creates an overall impression of dirtiness and really kills the appetite. It honestly gives the feeling that you might get sick eating here.

The vegetables and meat look dried out, as if they were sliced several days ago and just kept in the fridge. The lettuce and spinach in particular look wilted, partially darkened, and almost freezer-burned.

508 Lovell Rd location is always clean and friendly staff. I stop frequently because I work at the local hospital and it’s a quick meal that’s fresh. Even when they are busy the staff has been so kind and I’m happy with my order.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich with no onions, but it was full of onions and barely had any meat. This is absolutely not the Subway standard. On top of that, I asked for chicken and was given beef instead. The workers were rude, unprofessional, and were openly talking in a disrespectful manner. They also refused to let customers use the washroom.

They keep to go order pick up rack behind the counter also forgot to put sauce on my sandwich had to eat it dry.

Where do I start. First, stir the meatballs when you fill the well. Putting sauce on top of them and walking away for an hour just makes them burn. Toasted meatballs sub was barely warm. With burnt meatballs, figure that one out. Next maybe try spreading the meatballs out instead of piling them in the middle of the roll. Not a single napkin anywhere in the store. None in the bag. Do better. Or hike better employees.

This Subway needs to be cleaned, the chairs have greasy hand prints all over them. The soda machine wasn't working so we had to settle for 1 out of 3 bottle choices. The subs were very thin ( not much meat at all). Prices have gone up but the quality of sandwich has gone down.
