Why do they ask for tip? Don't want to tip for fast food.

Slowest subway experience I ever had. No one was in the restaurant and I still waited in the e drive through (only car in line for 30 minutes) it was 7:30pm.

Zero customer service
Avoid this location at all cost we sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes while they just worked on mobile orders and ignored us. Management needs to seriously evaluate how they train the staff at this location.

Listen I understand if you’re short staffed if it takes longer to make my meal. However, what I don’t understand is the attitude I received when I placed an online order and showed up shortly after. I only have so long to pick up my food, go back to work, eat it and get back to work. There was absolutely NO reason to say to me “the online order that literally just came through?” Like… I’m sorry? Bread was wrong but that’s abt all I can complain about the actual food. I understand food service is stressful, but plz try and have a better attitude and realize not everyone is trying to inconvenience you by making you do your job.
I order from restaurants with drive through because I am disabled and mobility challenged with difficulty walking. Went to drive through, and asked to get my sandwiches. Guy working said drive through was closed as he was emptying trash. Tried to ask again because he didn't let me tell him why. He turned off the mic and ignored. Drove to the front and very slowly walked to shelf to pick up. I have a very pronounced limp and uneven gait. He walked in, saw me walking slow, and started laughing to himself. Didn't even greet me being in the restaurant at all, which I would at least expect. I got my sandwiches, opened one to eat it, the turkey and ham was one slice a piece as thin as Land O' Frost shaved meat. It looks as though he took apart a meat pack, and divided it between 2 footlongs instead of it going on one. I understand that BOGO means cutting corners, but really? Because I bought it in the app? And I tipped him really well when in reality his attitude and service were a poor representation of the brand and restaurant? I am not saying don't eat here. He was the only one there. When you don't have any support, I guess you don't care about your performance. But I suggest you don't order ahead. You go in and watch them make the sandwich. I personally will never come back simply for laughing at my disability. You can make your own determination. I am really kinda shocked because I am kind to everyone in the service industry. It's typically a thankless job. I had an additional $5 cash tip I was going to hand them, but oh well. I hope they get the help at that location that they need. And maybe some sensitivity training? Hope he just had a bad day that day and has a better one tomorrow. Still not an excuse for his behavior.

They didn't take my coupons. Like who eats subway without coupons ? Not the staff fault but the manager wasn't there to explain. At least have a sign on the door saying we do not accept coupons.

20 min before close and they can't make 1 sandwich. What's the point of being open

Garbage doesn't hear a simple order of ham cheese salami only. How much easier is that?

It was an understaffed and poorly cleaned location. There was one singular employee on shift. The employee’s boss kept calling him and he only changed his gloves once in between touching their phone and everything. There was a hair attached to the mayo bottle and after my girlfriend mentioned it to him, he pulled it off and didn’t change gloves, she explained that she didn’t want it, he still put the mayo on her sandwich. The tea dispensers were filthy and looked like they have mold and/or slime in them.
