It was an understaffed and poorly cleaned location. There was one singular employee on shift. The employee’s boss kept calling him and he only changed his gloves once in between touching their phone and everything. There was a hair attached to the mayo bottle and after my girlfriend mentioned it to him, he pulled it off and didn’t change gloves, she explained that she didn’t want it, he still put the mayo on her sandwich. The tea dispensers were filthy and looked like they have mold and/or slime in them.

Service was good. The dining room was filthy. The drink machines looked like they haven’t been cleaned in quite a while. I thought they were supposed to to be cleaned nightly. There was build-up on both the Coke machine and tea machine. The floor was so sticky all through the dining room our shoes were making loud noises. Tables weren’t cleaned.They need more than one person working. One person to do the drive-thru and wait on inside customers and try to restock the line and keep dining and bathrooms clean is way too much for the single employee I always see working.

I have never seen them with more than one person working during dinner. Tried to go there for dinner tonight and no one ever came up to the counter to take anyone's order. It was me and one other gentleman waiting with no one in drive thru. We both left. This is highly inconvenient because Subway is closer, but driving further to Jimmy John's takes less time and I can actually order food. It will be a long time before I try eating here again.

Great food (normal Subway fare, of which I happen to be fond).Apparently there was only one worker there, but he was doing his level best to keep up with customers. We waited for less than 10 minutes total for our food, so no real complaints there.

The gal behind the counter was new but for only being there a short time the service and sandwich were both fantastic.Some of the veggies in the the glass looked questionable but service was great
The young man behind the counter was friendly however the bread was stale and the lettuce was brown also the glass over the food and floors were

I order on app, supposed to be open until 11pm I get there and it's closed and dark. Not only that but the app says I picked up my order. Don't go here, I will be contacting them for refund and will go up to corporate if I have to.
