This place is a disaster if you are going to buy something early morning. There was a skinny girl who works here in the mornings. She seems like she is unhappy with the job and she takes it out on the customers. The lady just throws the toppings onto the sandwich and doesn’t do it nicely or wrap it nicely. Waste of time. Then i asked for the cookie to be warmed and she said her manager stated its not allowed. I asked to speak to the manager and she said the manager wasn’t there. What kind of establishment doesn’t have a shift leader or manager in store at least from 9 to 5pm? How can they not warm up cookies? They literally have advertisements on TV for Subway where they warm up the cookie! Clearly she was lying and she just didn’t want to do the job.

Talk about the unwillingness to serve. First off you have to wait for them to come out from hiding. Second Literally stated that we aren’t allowed to cut here very location but this one offers to cut vegetables , if you ask for anything to be added the lady attending will give you a bad attitude and throw it on there. The person who worked on 09/10/23 at 11ish AM should not be working here giving attitude for no reason lacks customer service.

Officially done with Subway. I promise on everything good and holy I will never return to another subway. To start off, the two ladies were most certainly high off their mind on something. The one that was 4ft tall with redhair wouldnt even talk to me. i had to tell her everything. You couldnt even understand what she was saying when she did speak up. Then she screamed "I dont like asking people questions".. Lady, you make subway sandwhiches, kinda part of the job description. Spewed way too much sauce on it, wrong toppings, talked about an african tribe that caught bugs and turned them into protein patties. What is wrong with this place

Only giving this 2 ⭐️ because the facility itself is very nice and clean. We waited at least 5 minutes for subway staff to notice us. And that was a woman who looked drunk staggering over yelling. She made 1 sandwich and left. Then another associate appeared, very high, and made our other 3 sandwiches. It took her no less than 15 minutes to make those 3 sandwiches. If we return to this location, we will eat at a different restaurant.
