Went in for Veterans Day because of advertised deal for Veteran's six inch sub. However, asked about the deal before ordering and was told yes. During checkout process, reminded the employee about the deal and manager told employee “no deal for Vets.” Next I heard, “that’ll be $8.65.” Not even a sorry or thank you for your service. They should be ashamed.

My lady and I were in your Subway shop near Mexico Lindo on the 29th of October. We entered the shop, and the queue, at about 4:50p

Cy (sp?) was working the counter solo, dealing with a dinner line of people. One lady alone was customizing four sandwiches.

He was professional and calm despite the long line of work ahead.

He was a pleasure to talk to and made our sandwiches perfectly.

I hope that he can be recognized for being a great employee.

All told, after the line and the time to make our order, our receipt listed the time as 5:17p. This is the only hangup at this location... the wait time. Otherwise, it is an excellent Subway shop.

The two guys were so good, but they need help…. We were 20 people in line and they were them two with online order at the same time…. The male was saying he is leaving cz of that situation but he was great, he was running the whole line by himself.

My sandwich artist was Kayla and she was fabulous! I loved the service I received and the delicious and fresh sandwich. That girl deserves a raise!

I ordered online through the app and came in to pick up my order. I asked the single employee that was working the line of customers where to get my pickup order, as the shelf for pickup was empty. She looked at me, without listening and just told me in a stern voice that I needed to wait. Very rude, especially because I sat there for another 10 mins before realizing that the pickup orders were behind the register. Just ended up grabbing my order and leaving. Wasted both of our time for what could’ve just been a simple answer. Cant get too mad at an overwhelmed subway employee though. Just glad I didn’t tip.

Good sub. Horrible service! Your employees need an attitude adjustment. A good humbling is required in this case. Customers should never be greeted with a sour puss face & "what kind of bread do you want" as your opening greeting followed by the complete temper tantrum the girl pulled by tossing her stuff on the counter and slamming the microwave door as if she was in pure disgust that she even has to be there to work and greet people. Energy transfer is real folks- every person that that little bitter girl is preparing food for is literally transferring HER anger & bitterness to everyone she deals with. You will naturally absorb her energy thru the food she prepares for you. Store Manager - train and reprimand your employees before you lose more business.

BUYERS BEWARE !!!! Biggest rip off company of 2024, we received a coupon in the mail, which is valid. The employee did not know of any of the promotions going on specifically says on the coupon which sandwiches we cannot order and we didn’t. The employee had no idea made us three sandwiches that seemed acceptable, the deal was for 1799 for three foot-long sandwiches, it’s an absolute rip off !! our bill was over $40$ what are we supposed to do? Tell him to take it back?

Tried to dine at this location several times , Not sure who is hiring at this location but highly disgusted by the unacceptable behavior of the staff here and shame on the heavy set caucasian male working day shift cussing out customers and treating people very poorly as he obviously is not fit for even the most simple tasked job and the young dark haired girl on night shift who obviously isn’t fit for a simple tasked job either slamming things around and being a complete misfit like literally damn near had a tantrum attitude over making my order we walked out, and didn’t even want the food anymore this location is ridiculously unprofessional and unsanitary , shame on management for allowing these conditions do better !….

Came in today for lunch and the manager was ranting about Subway owing him money and how he was gonna quit and then sue them and how the food is nasty and stale. Very unprofessional of him I will not be back to this location.

We stopped here traveling through Tennessee on Christmas Eve. A lot of places were closed or closing soon, so we put our order in online in order to assure we’d have our food before the location closed at 7pm. When we arrived, they were fairly busy, so there was a bit of a wait to pick up our order. After a wait, the store employees made everyone in the store aware that they’d run out of just about all meats for sandwiches. We had no idea this affected us as we’d placed our order over a half hour earlier. We then found out that our order had not been started and the lady working started being rude because they were closing in less than 5 minutes. Although our order was already paid for, they were out of everything we ordered. We tried to compromise and sought alternatives based on the ingredients they did have available, but the lady refused indicating she wasn’t allowed to swap out orders. I was a bit astonished and asked how did they plan to fulfill our already purchased order, if they weren't allowed to change anything? She had to call the store manager for authorization to change our order (which the store was closed by this time). We noticed she never took her gloves off while using her personal cellphone to call her manager. When we requested she put on new gloves before making our sandwiches, she became completely belligerent. We had never been so embarrassed in our lives! All we asked is that she practiced safe, hygienic and sanitary food preparation practices and she had a fit.At this point, we canceled our order and asked for a refund (which she again had to call her manager for a tutorial). After all of this, she then refused to give us a copy of the refund receipt.What. A. Disaster!Still waiting on a response from the GM. He didn’t seem to be concerned much.Shame on Subway for condoning such unsafe practices considering we are still at the tail end of a pandemic.

To come into a restaurant and be screamed about if this is an online order you’re here to pick up you’re gonna be waiting a couple of minutes doesn’t say good afternoon doesn’t say good evening doesn’t speak at all in regards to common decency, but has the audacity to scream at me to be more detailed, Scream at my fiancé the way she did disgusting of course she didn't have name tag on so I couldn’t grab that but Miss purple hair needs to be taught a couple of lessons on how common decency works and how customer service works and if she doesn’t want to be at work, then she needs to find another job because having a disgusting racist attitude that she had towards us was more than disgusting. She’s really lucky that I didn’t give what I received when I came in to the restaurant because that would’ve turned into an altercation , I expect to be reached out to via email or phone about this matter because for you to hire and allow somebody to be racist disgusting and unprofessional is the least of the matter of fact, but I digress. To make this matter more specific, my fiancé is darker than me. I am lighter, and the moment I came in, she didn’t scream at me, but she thought that she could speak to somebody else that’s darker. Clearly she’s racist.
