Both times I have went have been horrible. The manager was arguing with the employee the first time and I thought they were going to fight. The next time a girl named Sammie was very very rude and smashed my sandwich. Horrid service and it due to the management.

Excellent food. Service was excellent ...BUT extremely short staffed AND was Out of items that Management should have taken care of immediately but I noticed an item out for several days & I overheard another customer saying the same thing regarding another item. He left in frustration after revealing the same items he wanted were not available when he came the week before.

This has to be one of the laziest Subway locations I have ever seen, when you walk in there you will be waiting for 20 to 30 minutes most for a quote on quote Sandwich artist to come make your food and with that being said none of them really know what they're doing or know what they're talking about they will sit there and make you wait and by the time you get your food it's done wrong, and if you think you'll be able to call the store you might as well take into consideration that they never pick up their phone ever at all whether you're trying to call about menus or trying to call about a order or God forbid you apply and are trying to call the manager, because they'll never pick up. This is why people choose Firehouse.

Battle Hardened

I called in 3 times to ask a question about my order (I wasn't sure if it went through because the website was acting funny, but there was a charge on my bank statement). I drove there and there were 3 employees behind the counter. When I expressed my issue and frustration, the employees became frustrated with me.. The person who I am assuming was the manager walked away to the back with another employee and I could hear them laughing. They left me with a new employee who did not know how to resolve the issue (however, he was very kind). After a few minutes, I left the store without a sandwich or clarity on whether or not the order went through.

It’s become apparent that these people are literally just incapable of putting what you ordered and paid for on your sandwich. If I pay an extra $2 for a minuscule scoop of smashed avocado, just give me smashed avocado? EVERY time I order here something is missing, not to mention I stand there for 5-10 minutes every time without any acknowledgement. As someone who works retail in an establishment that takes mobile orders, I understand the disdain for them but there’s actually no reason to just not give people what they order. And this is habitual for this location. Also a frequent occurrence that sides have been missing from my orders and I have to beg for explanation, just to be told bluntly that they’ve run out, with no offers for a refund or replacement items until I quite literally beg for that too. I advise that one doesn’t place a mobile order here unless they want incorrect toppings and to be treated like you’re imposing for ordering and picking up. Food quality itself is fine, average Subway experience, just don’t support this location unless ya have to. Not an inkling of customer service within these walls.

Every employee that I saw (3 people) complained of being overworked.
Serious lack of teamwork.
Line out the door (third time in a row that I’ve been there)
Sami was the only one worth any rating at all. I could tell she was trying to help the customer.
