They didn't have ice because it was stuck in the machine because it wasn't cool enough in the restaurant to keep the ice from melting in the machine. I told them I wanted a refund for the drink I paid for because most people prefer ice in their drinks.

Who ever was working the closing shift on 06/27/24 must have been having a bad day. When he was helping another customer he was having technical difficulties with his cash register. His solution was to bang it has hard as he could with his fist and scream at it. Made my wife and I extremely uncomfortable, we left immediately.

We stopped here on the way back from vacation and the worker who was there on 3/16 during the dinner rush by himself was amazing. He handled the rush so well and was so nice when he absolutely had a reason to be grouchy.

Always order on the app. Our Sandwiches are ready and fresh when I pick them up. The last year this Subway has gotten so much better. The bread is always fresh and Sandwiches have plenty of meat and veggies! The restaurant is very clean.

Called in a order for two sandwiches picked them up and the young lady behind the counter was very pleasant, that's the only reason why I'm giving two Stars the problem was after driving 20 minutes to pick them up and driving 20 minutes home both sandwiches were completely wrong very dissatisfied come on people can't you read when does roast beef and ham look alike
If zero stars was a thing I would do zero, first of all the girl, who was working , had an attitude right off the start, as i was telling her what i wanted , she proceeds to tell me how she wanted to do it, so i was ok, go ahead, then just keep having attitude for every item i wanted added , then cashes me out, and throws my receipt , and walks away.. meanwhile in the office, her kids are screaming.. people really need to get customer service skills. If you don't like people , then public service isn't the job for you..

Wed. , 9/13/23. 5:45 pm. Just got three 12 “ subs. One girl two guys. Worked as a team like no other! They were polite friendly and very fast! My subs were great. I sure hope they are paid well for their hard work. I will definitely go back because of the great service.
