The food at least tastes good and the people working here are always nice especially the woman who works during the day but...but ... This place is severely understaffed. Why is it only one person working here and there's seven or eight people in line? People don't come here for lunch because they can't get through fast enough because it's not enough staff.

And the one person they have is running around trying to bake bread do prep and make sandwiches and ring everybody up. Ownership should be ashamed

I’ve tried this subway a few times now and Every time they say they’re out of roast beef. Last time I give it a chance. I’d rather drive to the one in Gibbs. The place looks dirty too.

I have never had any problems with a particular employee at this location, but whoever owns and or manages this location needs to get there stuff together or close it. Seems to always be severly understaffed, employees always complaining when I'm there that they are too busy and have so much they need to do but can't because they have no help. Such a shame.

We waited 30 minutes to have 6 sandwiches made because one employee had to stay on her phone the whole time while the other employee made all the sandwiches. Then after we get home, most of our sandwiches aren’t even edible due to the bread being so hard that you could throw it against a wall and it would just shatter. Believe me, I did it. We spent $86 for food that wasn’t edible. Don’t waste your time going here, pass it up and go to Firehouse where you get an actual sandwich for your money.

So i go in at 730 and poor girl looks like she hates her job, 2nd time I've been there where they literally dont have anything to put on the sandwhich. If i could give a negative i would but im not a karen but hell when i pay 12 dollars for a plain sandwhich it would be nice to have something on it besides

I have ordered delivery three times from this location, and every single time they've either delivered the wrong sandwiches or, most recently, left out items I ordered and was charged for. When you call the store it goes to hold and eventually hangs up on you.
