Ordered DoorDash. Sandwich was not toasted as it was supposed to be. Got no meat. Bread tasted stale. No wonder subway is struggling to stay relevant.

Never leave reviews but feel this store could use one. The new manager tora is absolutely fantastic at her job. Super friendly, quick and efficient at her job. Could not have asked for a better experience at a chain restaurant

I am so over this company. I did an online order and waited until the time it told me to go get it. When I got in there my order was not even started. I felt so bad for the employee behind the counter. They were by themselves as is the person in any subway anymore. Half or more of the toppings were out….. that’s why they hadn’t started my order yet. The place was not very clean looking. How can these people work for this company that does not give them the supplies even to do their job like that. The employee was very sweet and patient so in no way on them but this company has gone so far down hill I’d go to McDonald’s before I went to another subway anymore. Y’all should be ashamed.

the lady was kind but was just wearing a sweatshirt and leggings so i didn’t know she even worked there, sandwich got burnt bc she was checking me out while it was in the oven, made my sandwich and took my money with the same gloves & black stuff floating in my drink.

I don't know who the short girl in her 40s is with short brown hair and glasses but she needs to get fired. I asked why they don't coat the chicken teriyaki anymore and she couldn't answer why. So than I asked if she could still do that and she complained saying she has to go to the back and get a tub and on and on... like it was a big deal.. she was very rude and unprofessional. Especially outside of the company wearing her subway uniform road raging me slamming on her breaks than stopping at an intersection to get out and yell at me because she didn't like that I merged infront of her off the highway. Than proceeds to throw her cigarette but in my car. She needs to get fired because that is very uncalled for and no one needs to represent subway acting like that. Plus having her child with her at the store and letting him sit on the counter tops were food is being made. Something needs done!

The food at least tastes good and the people working here are always nice especially the woman who works during the day but...but ... This place is severely understaffed. Why is it only one person working here and there's seven or eight people in line? People don't come here for lunch because they can't get through fast enough because it's not enough staff.

And the one person they have is running around trying to bake bread do prep and make sandwiches and ring everybody up. Ownership should be ashamed

I’ve tried this subway a few times now and Every time they say they’re out of roast beef. Last time I give it a chance. I’d rather drive to the one in Gibbs. The place looks dirty too.
