Sandwich was great. Used the app, it was easy and ready to go when I got there. Lady was very nice. I DO have an issue with only having 1 employee working a retail business, and I’m not even talking about the customer service implications. It’s the safety of the workers. I would think if 2 people are supposed to to work and somebody calls out, the franchise owner comes in, or the location needs to be closed due to staffing issues. The safety of your employees is the most important thing. No exceptions. Do better, Subway. Just trying to save a buck and putting people in danger to do so. The Dominos in Powell has a franchise owner that comes in when they are short staffed, like a good leader should.

The food for the price of almost $15 for a steak sub with a coupon for it to be 8.99. $4 for extra steak that still doesn't cover the whole sub? The bread was so hard I had to take the meat n veggies off to be able to eat it. I used to go to subway alot but the reduced servings and the attitude from the workers with the price going up. Not worth it anymore.

James is the man. I asked him to surprise me and he made me an excellent sandwich. Tyler was also very nice and both gave me excellent service. Highly recommend this location.

We waited 20 minutes with 2 more people ahead of us. The whole 20 minutes was for one customer. Three more came in after us. When they got finished with first customer she ignored all the ones waiting and gets last person. We walked out. Ridiculous.

I stopped at this location on my lunch. It's lunch time I expected a line, but what I didn't expect is one of the employees so high on something he couldn't open his eyes or figure out what was going on kept walking back and forth not knowing what to do.I was a manager for Subway, that person would be gone if managed the place. With the right person Subway can be ran with one person. I did it all the time when we had the $5 subs

This place doesn’t know how to pick up the phone for one. For two, you can’t even make sure the order is correct. I literally paid double for everything on my sandwich and I know I did not get what I paid for. I didn’t even get my chips that I paid $2 to add onto for a meal or the dip I got with the pepperoni dipper. Make sure the orders are correct before they are sent out for delivery, I’ve contacted corporate as well. I get tired of these companies taking advantage of the consumer. I paid $27 and didn’t even get most of what I paid for.

I love Subway, but ordering from this location from the app is a definite no. Two out of the three last orders were completely incorrect. This last time I showed up to the Location before they had actually started making my Order so I was able to catch it as they were making it wrong this time. I however, did not walk them through the order. I let them read off the receipt and it was still wrong when I got home. I tried to contact Location by phone multiple times over an hour and got no response so I was unable to resolve. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

Used to be an ok subway but has gone downhill. The app says the order is ready. I walk in and they haven’t even started to make it. The place is completely empty.

To the person that says they were "waiting in the drive- thru" um, there isn't one, so quit doing reviews for places you haven't been too .
Two people were working at 1:30 on a Wednesday afternoon. No "hellos and definitely not any thank yous". Another establishment that asks for tips without understanding the concept of tips in the first place. Mediocre food, terrible acknowledgement of any breathing people that keep those employees employed. That is all.
