Subway at 9629 countryside center lane in Knoxville is probably the worst around. A few weeks ago stopped in to grab dinner on the way home at around 9pm. When I approached the door I was met there by the worker and was asked if I was coming in. I replied yes and then she proceeded to tell me I would have to wait 15 min because she just mopped the floors. So needless to say I was not gonna wait because she decided to mop the floors while the business was still open to the public. So tonight I ordered a 6 in meatball sub through DoorDash. When my sandwich arrived the meatballs had no sauce, and tasted burnt. So this is definitely due to the meatballs being taken right from the freezer and put in the microwave. I did not see the employee as it was a delivery order. But I am willing to bet it is the same employee who refused to let me order food the night she mopped the floors while they were still open to the public. It was around the same time. If I was the franchise owner of this subway I would check on your employees and the job they are doing. I gave it another shot but this is definitely the last. I could not even eat the sandwich. So that’s a waste of 20.00.

Every time I visit the Subway in Sevierville, I walk away impressed. Angie and Erik truly go above and beyond with their service — they’re friendly, attentive, and consistently make sure everything is perfect. The store is always spotless, and you can tell they take real pride in what they do. It’s rare to have such consistently exceptional experiences, but Angie and Erik deliver them every single time. They are the reason I keep coming back!

Came in to order and stood there and waited for the woman to complete her smoke break right outside the door before coming back inside to take the order. She made it seem like I inconvenienced her when she came back inside. Next time I’ll be going to the Cedar Bluff location.

I wish I'd taken a photo, but I am never going back to this place. I'd placed an order for one 6 inch and one foot long. I go to pick it up, get home, open the bag and the 6 inch, I'm not even kidding, is 2 inches long. They're also really stingy with the ingredients.

That wasn't the first time this has happened either. I'll just go elsewhere

Tried to go inside to eat and the doors were locked. The employee looked at us from inside but wouldn't come open the door. It is 8:47 pm.

Sandwich was good..but for third time I didn't get the pretzel I ordered..tried calling store for 30 minutes and no one answered..I was charged for pretzel but had to text grub hub to get money back

I made a curbside order and when I went to go pick it up I noticed this one employee was making all the sandwiches, and the other 1 had just gotten out of her car and was sitting in the back. So I have a dog that's kind of wild and can't be trusted in the car unattended and that's why I did curbside pickup. I waited about 20 minutes for my order. I even called the store and it rang and rang and no one answered,even with the employee sitting in the back. And so I ended up just walking in and grabbing my order and leaving. It really irritated me because I'd already added a tip to the order and they didn't include the 2 bags are chips. I sent an email to corporate and basically got a generic email that said thanks for drawing our attention to this, no mention of a refund for the missing items or the tip. And there's no way to call customer service either.

Ordered food through the subway app for pick up. I show up and the employee working said their internet is out so they couldn't make my online order and I would have to come back for a refund. Called into the main office number to get a refund since you can't cancel an app order. A month later and I still have yet to receive my money back.

Very disappointed. 1. Internet doesn’t work so you can’t use the subway app. 2. Staff rolled their eyes and gave an attitude towards us when they messed up the order blaming us for the mistake.Just overall disappointed with this visit. You all need to get a new internet provider because this has been going on for months now.

My fiancé went in to order me a sandwich. Just one sandwich. He stood and waited for almost half an hour before his order was taken. The employee was only making mobile orders sandwiches and was ignoring him standing there waiting to order. I understand having mobile orders can be overwhelming, but half an hour to even take our order? It was extremely rude and terrible service
