BUYERS BEWARE !!!! Biggest rip off company of 2024, we received a coupon in the mail, which is valid. The employee did not know of any of the promotions going on specifically says on the coupon which sandwiches we cannot order and we didn't. The employee had no idea made us three sandwiches that seemed acceptable, the deal was for 1799 for three foot-long sandwiches, it's an absolute rip off !! our bill was over $40$ what are we supposed to do? Tell him to take it back?

11-16-23.There is a line of people here in the female.employee here, is taking her time hoping that people get frustrated and leave. If you don't like working with the public, don't get a job working with the public. Learn to multi-task when making more than one sandwich for a customer. Still standing here....20 Minutes now.

This Subway is EXTREMELY dirty. The level of accumulated BLACK DUST surrounding the food coolers from the ceiling vents is alarming. The ceiling air vents, ceiling tiles, cords, the cooler tops, and etc. look like they have NEVER BEEN CLEANED/DUSTED! I imagine this dust is blowing INTO the food coolers as well. The outside of the food coolers are dirty with smears of who knows what, sticker debris, and dirt. The drink station was EXTREMELY DIRTY too. It had gooey SLUDGE in the drain part and FRUIT FLIES! AVOID THIS SUBWAY.

Avoid avoid avoid! The employees are so stoned out of their minds it takes 10 minutes to make a single sandwich - watched multiple people behind us walk out. Two employees working but only one making sandwiches for some reason. After we finally received our sandwiches 20 minutes later the two employees abandoned the restaurant to go smoke - we could have had our share of whatever the hell we wanted to grab as they were gone a solid 10 minutes. Despite us being the only ones in there and no one getting sandwiches they couldn't even be bothered to do some side work (like I don't know clean off dirty tables). The restaurant is dirty as hell too.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I bought some deli food from Walmart, and decided to eat our lunch at subway as we ( and others) had done before. The lady that works there approached us after we were already eating and rudely told us we had to leave. I replied that we had eat there before, to which she threatened to call security on us??She was very condescending and rude and I didn't appreciate being treated that way. She could've talked to us in a more polite customer service manner. I won't be back, that's for sure. It's a shame when you're only trying to eat lunch and you get treated like a common criminal and judged unfairly as a vagrant which I am not.

Some shifts you see only one pour soul running the whole store and dealing with rude customers, some shifts you will see two people working and its semi unfair to the rest of the other workers stuck working alone especially during rushes! I get wanting to save money on labor but don't make other hard working people of your company be at the short end of the stick!

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought lunch from the Walmart deli for my husband and myself, we walked into Subway to eat, as we had done many times previously. As we were eating, the lady that works there, walked over and in a very rude manner told us we had to leave, that we weren't allowed to bring outside food in to eat. When I pointed out other people eating food from Walmart, she threatened to call security on us?? She was very condescending and unfairly judged us as vagrants, which we are not, we only wanted to eat lunch. But I can guarantee I will never go back there. Someone needs a lesson in customer service and manners.

Ordered an online order, well before they closed. Turned up, and found out they were closee before "closing hours". Called store to see what was wrong. Call was answered and then hung up...don't come here..please..worst Subway service ever..

I had a large group and the lady was very rude assuming we were upset and said we could “go somewhere else” but we had said nothing negative and did not indicate at all that we were upset. She proceeded to make rude comments meanwhile making a fool of herself to not only my group but also the group in front of us where they also commented about her being rude. I even expressed that we were not upset at all and she raised her voice at least a few levels and said she was the only one there when I said I understand that but we were not upset and understood it would take awhile to get our food which was totally fine. She then barked at us asking what bread we wanted when I told her we would be leaving due to her negative attitude. She then held up her hands and sternly said “enough”.
