When you need to call and cancel an online order IMMEDIATELY after placing it they won't answer the phone. No sandwich and you're out $$$.

Got the chicken teriyaki meal of the day. Honestly very disappointed with the lack of flavor and quality. I feel bad for the lady working today- overheard a convo of her saying she has her own store and had to be here herself of give up one of her workers. So not sure where the people who manage this store were. It seems like they are always out of stuff too.
Also very annoyed with the “new rewards program”. You can only get free footlongs but I don’t order them so guess I’ll never be able to redeem rewards. I’ll stick with firehouse and jimmy John’s.

There was one man in front of us it took him 15 minutes to make one sandwich because he kept falling asleep while making the sandwich. we waited and then saw flies all in the unites and decided to leave.

Inside Walmart. Very bored staff member who was by himself. Looked so mad, and depressed 😔 food was stale and portions were skimpy. Won't visit this location again.

Worst philly sub I have ever had. It had about 1 oz of meat. I usually come here about once a week to feed 3 adults and if my grandchildren are here, and additional 4 hungry people. Its a lot of money when there are so many better places to eat. Don't waste your time!

I bought an $8 6 inch sandwich that had maybe an ounce of meat on it. I remembered why I quit eating at Subway years ago.

Problem with my order, entering the store to pick up store was trashed couldn’t make any subs going back today to get a refund.

Refused to give us a refund for items we ordered online and they were out of. We were told to go online and figure it out. I could understand being out of a topping, but being out of bread at 6:30 is completely ridiculous. Sales can be forecasted and inventory should reflect a buffer in hopes of being busier than last year. If the employee working isn’t able to perform all essential functions of the job then the manager should be on shift until the employee is trained.

We ordered at 830 pm. He said that the sign for kids meal was old so we got a kids forest ham and chips. My daughter got a footlong that was made very sloppy and wrong sauce. Didn't have any cookies made at all. Then the gentleman who waited on us walked out a few minutes later eating a chocolate chip cookie. The restaurant was very slopping. Lettuce brown and condiment station very sloppy. I have pictures of the restaurant.
