DoorDashed the order, didn't get chips or either one of my drinks. my sandwich had zero toppings I asked for. Girlfriends didn't have her toppings then they couldn't even take the time to add a top piece of bread to her sandwhich. And of course when you try to call their store they ignore all phone calls. Worst subway in Knoxville! Management is horrible and a cheapskate. Hardly any protein or veggies and employees are not allowed to add more. They won’t answer their phone. I suppose the owner doesn’t want to hear complaints. Corpaorate will be hearing from me. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered my normal sandwich, had the lady toast it, and was adding toppings when I was told I couldn’t have extra black olives. The lady put maybeee 5 olives on my sandwich and this is the only vegetable I like. The vegetables are supposed to be unlimited and free. If that’s not the case, the company needs to add an option to pay for the extra vegetables that customers want. I didn’t want any of the included vegetables and found it insane that I couldn’t get the ones I wanted. Needless to say, I walked out without my sandwich because that’s simply not what I want. Especially when I’m paying for it. The lady told me “Big brother is watching, I have a protocol to follow”.

I ordered a sandwich had it customized with no cheese, got out to the car and it had double cheese on it. I took it back in and the little s*** that was working there argue with me said that sandwich comes with cheese. I said not if I haven't taken off, he's like well that sandwich comes with cheese. This went back and forth and I demanded a refund. They need to train people better because when you customize the sandwich. It gives you a list of everything they want on the sandwich. If it's not on that list don't put it on the sandwich and don't argue with the customer especially when they are actually right

If I could give 0 stars I would cause they don’t even deserve 1 star. I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant that doesn’t give u ice water for free also management is super rude and hateful do not recommend going there I will not be back!!!

Before they put in new gloves the guy took off his old ones and rubbed his hands on his shirt then rubbed his hands all over the new gloves. After toasting it he rubbed his fingers all over the inside of my sandwich WITHOUT GLOVES. Very unsanitary disipointed in subway. We ordered online and the app told us our food was ready. We waited in line 30 minutes before getting to the counter and that forgot to make our food. The app said it was ready.that said it was ready. We waited another 10 mins for that

Someone who works there does not know how to cut a footlong sub in half. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone when you call plus you cannot get a hold of a live person when you call their corporate headquarters either. I am sick and tired of the lack of accountability in this country along with people who hide behind their voicemail and computerized technology.
