Took 20 minutes to even get your order. Once we got our food and sat down we had to listen to a worker screaming( her version of singing) until a crowd of workers come. Now the cleanliness OMG nasty nasty nasty!!!!! I am actually posting pictures of the nastiness, and these are at 10:30 in the morning just after they opened

Sometimes the sandwich artists are fast and decent, sometimes they just flat out slow. I ordered my 2 subs at 8:41pm via App and set pickup to 9:05pm. Okay well, I go in at 9:10 pm and shes not even aware an order has been placed.

I would leave a negative star, but that's not an option. I cannot explain the extend to which these people disappointed me and disrespected me. On the account of asking a simple question, that would be expected at subway, I was answered with "do you work at subway???". Understatement to say I am irritated.

Well me and my boyfriend drove 15 minutes out of the way just to go to that Subway for it to have been closed 45 minutes prior to 3 a.m. like it clearly shows on the door and online didn't think that they would be closed almost an hour before it said total waste of time just glad cookout was open till 4 a.m. and their food was fresh and always good never will make that decision again thank you cook out

I walked into this location and saw the guy behind the counter making 2 sandwiches. He put them in the toaster, and, still with his gloves on, went and rang the customer up. He came back and began handling food with the same exact gloves he had just touched the computer with. Anyone who has worked in food service knows that that is an absolute no-no. I walked out and walked over to Panera. I did not want this person handling my food if he couldn't even be bothered with basic sanitary practices. Even if he changed his gloves before making my sandwich, he still stuck his gross keyboard gloves in all the veggies! Nasty.

This location needs to be shutdown already. Not to sound mean or offend anyone but you literally have to wait 5-10 minutes every visit for an employee to come out from the back. It's very unprofessional.

SUBWAY EMPLOYEE OFF THE MFING CHAIN! made a yelp account just to provide you all with this insight. Just left the subway on Cumberland. Had a "one of a kind" experience. In all my years of eating subway I have never seen such an outlash from an employee. "Memphis" was quite the "asshole/dick" which is what he referred to himself as. It took him approximately 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches as he continuously bitched about how long the line was getting and he even said the following sentence to me; "What the f*** do you want your sandwich". He was dying for a smoke break (clearly going through withdrawal), but by the time he was done with my sandwich the line was 20 people deep. I don't know what Memphis' problem was, but he was disrespectful and rude for NO reason... he does not deserve a job and he needs to be monitored.

I have been to this subway multiple times & usually have a great experience but I just went in & was absolutely disgusted. I literally seen bugs crawling around the vegetables. The cucumbers were rotten. No banana peppers. The soft drink machine was broken. & the sweet tea machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Ew. My advice is to pick another subway y'all.
