Horrible customer service, there shouldn’t be a tip options for these trash employees. I ate here Saturday @ 10 am
It was not even worth 1star. The female working in the store was flirting with her boyfriend in the store. She was more concerned with his talks and had no attention to the customer. The bread looked like very old. The lady was feeling the bread and threw a couple of them in the bin in front of me. I just did not feel like eating. She just dumped the stuff into the sandwich. Felt like yuck...never again. Paid for 3 subs.

I wanted to give Subway a try after many many years of going to Firehouse and Penn station. I have been craving a nice sandwich and wanted to see after all those years if subway had improved. I got the number 10 American club brought it home and ate it. 13$ for a foot long was a little much but I enjoyed the sandwich. The employee was super friendly, I'll definitely be back to take care of my craving.
I'll probably get a meatball or pizza sub next. ?
If you haven't been to subway in a while, I say give it another try. I wasn't disappointed.

This was literally quite possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Walked in was told to hold on a minute. 17 minutes go by and still nothing. Then she proceeded to come out as if we’re the problem ordering food. She didn’t say a single world. I’d rather eat a full pack of Marlboros cigarette butts out of the ash tray outside than step foot in this embarrassing establishment.

Walked in with no one in line waiting and was told to hold on a second before ordering. No problem. 15 minutes go by so I yell out to ask if anyone is back there. The lady comes out and looks at me like I’m stupid, staring at me. She didn’t speak a word throughout the entire order. Mad at the world that we had audacity to come in and ask for a sandwich. By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I’d eat an F-150 fender at 70mph before I eat at this establishment again in my life.

Please don't order here. I placed an online order and went to pick it up. When I got there they informed me they could not make a wrap because they were out of wraps to make them. I asked the employee to cancel my order and she acted like she did. I still got charged and have no refund to this day. My purchase was through the app. They stole $13 from me. I called their local store office and explained my situation. They said the regional manager would call to fix it. They never called. I called again two days later and got the same response and still no one called. Subway is 3rd or 4th rate compared to other sandwich shops. I quit buying Subway from this store and all others at this point. I'd rather eat anything than Subway. They are overpriced without a huge coupon and not worth the trouble.

Terrible employees, trash food. Had the girl ask me if I even wanted to eat Subway after I waited for a few minutes for her to come inside cause she was smoking in the parking lot. There used to be a great manager who was always friendly and made a mean sandwich. Dont eat at this location.

Employees were both out front smoking in front of the store when we arrived. We had to wait for them to put out their cigarettes and come inside. They were very unprofessional and made me question the safety of the food. They were out of almost everything (chicken, meatballs, teriyaki). I ordered a pretzel (even though they were out of the pretzel salt) and it was hard and tough. It also tasted freezer burned. I could literally taste the freezer burn hours later. Store was also very dirty. WORST Subway ever!!!

Do not eat here. Food is mediocre when they do get anything right. Employees are always brand new because the store can't keep anyone. Bread is hard as a rock. Went in today and had a visiting employee literally advise me not to order anything because the bread is all stale. It's a shame. Place used to be good.

No chips on the rack looks half abandoned black girl in there spent 5 minutes on the phone before she came out and then stayed on the phone talking to a friend about a party and still got my order wrong! Zero stars!

Bought 5 subs tonight. None of them were prepared as requested on the subway app. App said they would be done at 7:05 didn’t get subs until 7:24. Subs were prepared with items on them we didn’t pick.
