I have come here a few different times to give it a chance and make sure it wasn't just the people on the shift but it's consistently a let down i used the mobile order this time hoping it would be different but I got here when the app said my food was ready well it wasn't ready. I understand it's a auto time system so I waited politely after telling the one of the 3 people on shift I was here they told me "we haven't even started your food yet" I said ok and sat at a tabel and waited.
Well 2 other people came in separately and the employees helped them and made there sandwiches before starting mine. (Food said was done at 6:05pm on the app) I finally got out of there at 6:43pm and they didn't get the order right. I paid for double meat on all 3 sandwiches and barly got anything
In the mean time while waiting one of the ladies refused a coupon for a different customer I thought maybe it was not right or out of date.
Well after that customer left the worker told the other worker "idk how to put coupons in the system so I'm not taking them" that part if a management training failure.
If u want subway I would avoid this one and drive the extra 5 min down Broadway to the other one, you might get service

The hours online & on the door said closing time wasn't until 11pm. I placed my order on the drive thru kiosk at 10:25 & was given a #. I pulled to the window and waited about 5 min for an employee to tell me they were closed. More & more restaurants are doing this so frequently that I wounder if the corporations are aware of how much revenue their losing at night. Heck I'm starting to wounder if their aware at all!! How inconsiderate to have someone go outta their way to buy your food & your so selfish u don't even tell them that they may not get served even within business hours.

Keyosc don't work went inside no bread rude would never go back
The vibe is terrible… if you order ahead of time, you can’t just run in and pick it up like you can at every other subway. They lock the doors a few hours before they close. So instead of a quick pick up, I have to wait in the drive-thru, what’s the point of ordering online. No express lane. Not to mention the back door is open and while there’s a long line, there are ‘artists’ taking 🚬 breaks. Gross. Lack of leadership here.
Also the machine that says “push here” (photo attached) Check out how far away that button is. How are you supposed to push that? What a joke.
You can tell this location is independently owned and not corporate. Will avoid this location.

Abysmal service. Waited 40 minutes for one sub, and I watched a “customer” walk out without paying. Two employees and one complained she wasn’t supposed to be working. Will be charging back my sale. Avoid.

Ordered on line when we got home they had forgotten extra meat forgot bacon on other sandwich I call and there is nothing they can do so here's how I feel I tipped 4.00 pay and extra 4.00 for extra meat and bacon and get 0 help Poor Management at this store

DON’T order online because never ready. Food isn’t good. Never enough people working. Management doesn’t care if you had an order and it’s not ready. That is why we do online to not have to wait in line. They care less about the online consumer than the ones walking in. Bread never ready never!! Why is this place open? Will never ever go back!!

Outstanding Service at Subway!
I recently visited my local Subway, and I just had to take a moment to commend one of the workers for the exceptional service he provided. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly “Hello!” that immediately made me feel welcome. The worker, whose name I later learned was TREY, was incredibly knowledgeable and was eager to help me customize my sandwich. TREY was patient as I weighed my options, it’s like he knew my dietary restrictions. If you find yourself at this Subway location, I highly recommend you check it out, and if you’re lucky enough to be served by TREY, you’re in for a real treat. Great job, TREY! You truly made my day!

This was the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced and If I could give zero stars I would. The first employee we encountered at the drive-through told us there was no wheat bread which is fine. We substituted for a different one that we like and then she got out our sandwiches and walked away and we sat at the drive-through for 12 minutes while two other cars pulled away because of the wait. Finally, a different employee came, looked at our sandwiches and you could tell she was in a very big hurry. Open the window, and didn’t say a thing about the wait, so I said two other cars pulled away because of the time and then finally she apologized and said “they must be having a bad day”. She gave me a recipet that was not correct but anytime I tried correcting her on it she interrupted and would say she makes what is popped out from the drive-through receipts and that was that. So when I got home, I checked the sandwiches and it was nothing that we ordered and didn’t even match the receipt. We will never go back to this location. Disgusting and rude behavior.

STOP HIRING DRUG ADDICTS!!!! How are they mad because they have and chose to work. Don't they have to work to afford they drugs? Mad because I want subway is insane
Staff very rude. Would bearly talk as if they didn't want to take our order. We waited a minute and left. That's when we saw the 2 ladies in the back smoking. No more.
