Subway has daily specials, such as meatball combo for 6.99 ok Wednesdays.
This location has a drive through keyosk that doesn't allow customers to order at the special price. If you pull up to drive through window nobody helps and a sign his hung stating that we cannot take orders at window. (Of course this is obvious because the staff is out back power smoking)

They were short staffed & out of simple items like black olives. I was more concerned about the flies than anything else but they were too occupied with the above sign to notice my sandwich.

Update. Got the sandwiches, his phone call on the cell phone must have been very important.

The next day, my debit card was flagged by my bank!! Someone was attempting to buy an Amazon order and Amazon gift card. NOT coming back

Chose to try the BoGo deal for dinner.
I sent my boyfriend inside to grab this online order. Asked for MORE VEGGIES and this is what our subs look like…. Barely ANYTHING on it at all. When you order a subway sandwich, it should be a STRUGGLE to CLOSE the sandwich and barely able to fit it in your mouth lmao. On top of that, our orders aren’t fully correct. :(
This is probably one of the worst sandwiches I’ve been sold.

They don’t even deserve 1 star, did an online order got home the order was so wrong put toppings and sauce not wanted on sandwiches. Then came back to get 2 sandwiches remade, the lady at counter said she can’t do it without calling the manager , took awhile to get order remade with a attitude because they messed up the order , and I gave a tip online !!!! Never again

The man behind the counter helped the person that walked in right ahead of us immediately then after filling his order ignored us for 15+ minutes while making mobile orders while no one came in behind us. Didn't speak to us, and when he finally did, we thought he was finally going to take our order, but then he grabbed another receipt for a mobile order and started filling it instead. Very bad service. We ended up leaving without ordering very upset.

I have come here a few different times to give it a chance and make sure it wasn't just the people on the shift but it's consistently a let down i used the mobile order this time hoping it would be different but I got here when the app said my food was ready well it wasn't ready. I understand it's a auto time system so I waited politely after telling the one of the 3 people on shift I was here they told me "we haven't even started your food yet" I said ok and sat at a tabel and waited.
Well 2 other people came in separately and the employees helped them and made there sandwiches before starting mine. (Food said was done at 6:05pm on the app) I finally got out of there at 6:43pm and they didn't get the order right. I paid for double meat on all 3 sandwiches and barly got anything

In the mean time while waiting one of the ladies refused a coupon for a different customer I thought maybe it was not right or out of date.
Well after that customer left the worker told the other worker "idk how to put coupons in the system so I'm not taking them" that part if a management training failure.

If u want subway I would avoid this one and drive the extra 5 min down Broadway to the other one, you might get service

The hours online & on the door said closing time wasn't until 11pm. I placed my order on the drive thru kiosk at 10:25 & was given a #. I pulled to the window and waited about 5 min for an employee to tell me they were closed. More & more restaurants are doing this so frequently that I wounder if the corporations are aware of how much revenue their losing at night. Heck I'm starting to wounder if their aware at all!! How inconsiderate to have someone go outta their way to buy your food & your so selfish u don't even tell them that they may not get served even within business hours.
