so we went in and the guy asked if we wanted to make our sandwiches a combo meal. so we did. until we went to the drinks and none of em were working. saw the guy get his drink and not realizing that none of em are changed nor working. i had to spit my drink and my dad too, it's a hazard and no paper on the drinks so why did he say if we wanted this a combo if he knew they were all ran out n expired??

I walked in with Absolutely Nobody there, Not one Person in the Store and the Employee Told me that it would be Several Minutes before he could Even Help me due to Online Orders. I'm sorry but if you have a Customer Walk in they Should be Helped and Not have to Wait Since they are in the Store. I see Now why this Location had Such a Bad Review definitely Poor Customer Service!

The male worker on 7/2/24 at around 6 pm was slower than a sloth. No sense of urgency and was rude. He would not make eye contact or speak to customers. The general manager (Sarah or Sam-can’t remember) is not any better with her smart mouth and rudeness. A guy came in to buy a sandwich included on his online order with bacon and they wouldn’t even tell him they were out of bacon until they were done making the sandwich. Where is the communication. Both of them are useless

There is an African American girl who works there around lunch time she is so sweet, patient and nice she makes my sandwiches most of the time (Which are the BEST) she always has a smile on her face everytime I come in, the line could be out the door and she is still so very welcoming to every customer so I make it my duty to tip her every time. The manager who is a Caucasian woman is always so grouchy and rude. She always has an attitude with customers or her employees she rushes people out the door you can tell she doesn’t really care. The store is always clean but that one girl is the reason I constantly come back.BY THE WAY THIS LOCATION HAS THE BEST COOKIES

This is the second time that she has been working and this happened I ask for her name she wouldn’t give it to me but she is the big heavy set mixed lady I will never order from this location again on western Avenue

Regional management will give a generic "sorry your last visit didn't meet your expectations" response, a store manager will never contact you, and nobody will answer the store phone. Patronize at your own risk.

rude employees working. they will ignore you even if you’re the only person in the lobby and have waited for 10 minutes. there were two of them there, yet it took that long for me to be waited on. she didn’t say anything to me besides “i’ll be with you in a minute “ and “your total is..”. i understand having bad days, but that’s not really an excuse to be rude to a stranger. a little kindness would be nice.

They messed up my sandwiches pretty badly tonight. Neither sandwiches were toasted or had much topping especially with the veggies on them. Got maybe five peppers on my whole footlong. Very thin and compressed sandwiches. The first sandwich was an Italian BMT but had no ham and the wrong cheese- pepper jack instead of white American. Second sandwich was a Spicy Italian that had added meatballs, marinara, and ranch??? It didn’t have the garlic aioli I ordered on it though. The sandwich I received instead was such a strange concoction. Very weird flavor combo. And both were very disappointing.
