It had a decent amount of people but I cant judge since its school finals week, but I had the Barnstable make me a surprise coffee and it was delicious, the coffee was a caramel apple pie latte. Awsome atmosphere, nice and cozy. Service was quick and really sweet. Highly recommend!!

Great coffee, first time visit. Lots of seating gives nice hometown feeling. Went with a Church men's bfast group of 4-5 on a Wednesday at 630. Perfect setting.

I was super excited to try Sunago Coffee Co. The vibe is super great, the chairs were comfy, Tables are cool, and the service was also great. The coffee itself...was disappointing. Just too dark, even more than Starbucks. Very much a second wave coffee shop. If you don't mind ultra dark roasts, Sunago may be for you, but for me it's just not it, unfortunately.

Great relaxing atmosphere with plenty of seating. Wide range of flavored coffee drinks. Goods for sale from various local artisans which I think is AWESOME! The staff has without exception been very friendly and enjoyable. It’s kept clean throughout, including the bathrooms. I’ve visited several times. Wifi available and a large table closed off from the primary seating area which is useful for getting away from some of the ambient noise if you’re there to work remotely or study.
The coffee itself is not the focus of this shop. Their bean selection is virtually all heavily roasted and, in my opinion, mostly uninteresting. You certainly will not find a geisha, for example. They primarily use coffee to make sweet flavored milk drinks. This is not so much a specialty coffee shop as it is a specialty “coffee drink” shop. Menu wise, Sunago is by far a more direct competitor to Starbucks than it is to either K-Brew or Jacks. They have added a couple more traditional staples to the menu though. The cortadito (Cuban cortado) was a fun addition. Their menu isn’t really what I’m into personally, but I do think they are doing this type of coffee shop well — and it’s probably the kind of coffee this particular area of town wanted most.
They have a selection of pastries. They are all quite beautiful. Taste was hit or miss though for me (some were gluten free). They have interesting homemade giant cookies by a local brand called Alchemy, with a unique topping that changes weekly.
It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.
Stopped in to this gem of a coffee shop for a quick morning meeting and fell in love with the atmosphere + the marble latte!
Quick service, ample seating space with pockets of comfortable chairs for a more relaxed feel, and a squeaky clean environment made the perfect mix. The marble latte with almond milk was the ideal blend of flavoring that surpassed my usual coffee chain order. Customer service was on par and the decor gave it a fun, light feel.
I am new to the HV area and am ecstatic to make this a spot I will stop in frequently for my morning boost moving forward! ⚡️
All around a fantastic coffee shop. This is the first time I’ve visited here and I was impressed by the staff’s kindness and the quality of the latte they made me. They told me to let them know if there was anything I didn’t like about my drink so they could make it right before I left. The seating area is cozy and the live edge wood decor is a nice touch. This definitely ranks among my favorite coffee spots in all of the Knoxville area.

I've been here a few times now. My main motivation was to buy some crochet items from their corner for local crafters. But the inside is beautiful. I now love just chilling with a coffee while I get some work done. I wish I lived closer so it made sense to be a frequent customer. The baristas have always been friendly and even when I stopped by 10 min before closing she still made my drink with a smile. This time I got a white mocha frappe and it is heaven in a cup. I cant believe how good this drink is. I will definitely be coming back

This is the most I have ever paid for an iced latte. 12 dollars is a bit absurd. The staff was nice and environment was pleasant but I will not be back just to pay that much for just an average coffee.
