My mom came to this location yesterday to place an order for lunch. As she placed an order at the drive thru, Tiffany was very rude. Correcting her grammar. What an inconvenience to change what you want to eat for lunch because of poor customer service. How does Tiffany get to decide how someone places an order?? As long as it’s respectful, Tiffany should take the order, enter it and take care of it. No need to correct someone. Tiffany may need to be an English teacher in the future.

College spot so the atmosphere is usually just drunk people after 6pm, food still tastes great but only 1 working ordering device so service is very slow.
I don’t typically drive to get Taco Bell but I gotta give a huge shoutout to Anthony and everyone working at the Cumberland location right across from Oscars on game day. The doors were supposed to be locked and by accident (which I think maybe was people pushing on it too much) the lock was loosened and they let me and a couple others in (before relocking) but they handled the chaos of the drive-through & angry college kids with grace and us with courtesy and respect on such a crazy night. So thanks Anthony for being awesome and the crew at this Taco Bell for holding it down on such a crazy night. Plus the orders were accurate and quickly delivered. Hope you get tipped well and a hefty check for all your hard work!
Spent $30 and half of my order wasn't given to me so I had to go all the way back to get it. Then the food was COLD from having to go back and BOTH quesadillas had little to no filling! Taco Bell is one of my favorite places so very disappointing!

It's taco bell. The food is not great but it's good. The price is a little high for what you're getting, but this location is near UT campus. I'm sure their late nights are busy. The inside is outdated and mostly clean, however you don't go there for an amazing dining room, you go there because you're hungry. The service is college campus style, order from the kiosk, in the dining room, or from the app. Not much ordering from the person at the counter. When I was there the person at the counter was having a detailed conversation about life with the person on drive-thru, through the headset. All in all, you know what you're getting and came to taco bell to satisfy that hunger.
