Drive through line is frequently backed up onto the street and obstructs the basic flow of traffic on Cumberland ave.
My mom came to this location yesterday to place an order for lunch. As she placed an order at the drive thru, Tiffany was very rude. Correcting her grammar. What an inconvenience to change what you want to eat for lunch because of poor customer service. How does Tiffany get to decide how someone places an order?? As long as it’s respectful, Tiffany should take the order, enter it and take care of it. No need to correct someone. Tiffany may need to be an English teacher in the future.

I ordered 3 tacos, only received 2 and i was missing my Dorito taco. my order was 14 dollars so that was about 4 dollars wasted. Very unfortunate as a college student just trying to get food.
I just grabbed some food for one of my kids by request. Way overpriced for what you get. Staff at this location is always hit or miss.

College spot so the atmosphere is usually just drunk people after 6pm, food still tastes great but only 1 working ordering device so service is very slow.
I don’t typically drive to get Taco Bell but I gotta give a huge shoutout to Anthony and everyone working at the Cumberland location right across from Oscars on game day. The doors were supposed to be locked and by accident (which I think maybe was people pushing on it too much) the lock was loosened and they let me and a couple others in (before relocking) but they handled the chaos of the drive-through & angry college kids with grace and us with courtesy and respect on such a crazy night. So thanks Anthony for being awesome and the crew at this Taco Bell for holding it down on such a crazy night. Plus the orders were accurate and quickly delivered. Hope you get tipped well and a hefty check for all your hard work!

I haven't had any problems getting doordash from this Taco Bell until today when they forgot my Bosses' Taco as part of his Nachos Belgrande Combo.
Spent $30 and half of my order wasn't given to me so I had to go all the way back to get it. Then the food was COLD from having to go back and BOTH quesadillas had little to no filling! Taco Bell is one of my favorite places so very disappointing!
