Everything I have ordered food from this location my food has been wrong! All I ask for is my food to be made as it is displayed on the menu. Either I end up missing food or I end up with no cheese when everyone knows cheese and meat is what makes the tacos! This location should have never been put on the map!!! It's always something wrong with a order when you come to this location!!!!!

This is the single worst establishment to ever exist in Knoxville. Zero employees know what their role is in the restaurant and none of them follow sanitary practices, i.e none of them wear gloves and openly spit in trash cans near the food. Also the service is terrible, every employee is extremely rude and yells at you as if you didn’t pay them for your meal.

While the place at Broadway Shopping Center couldn't be bothered to answer the phone, Christy at this location answered, and talked to me about the Vegan options. What she didn't know, she tried to find out, and what she couldn't know or find out, she was honest about.Vegetarian options: Beware. For some reason, the refried beans are not listed as Vegan.

i asked for "a shit ton" of sauces, only got no where near enough sauces + the cheesy roll up didn't have enough protein

This store has been remodel and looks great but the problem with it is one the location and the overwhelming homeless people trying too beg for money or trying to take advantage of people's good nature. The staff is let's just be honest . Ether uneducated or just don't care about what they sound like when they asked me what I wanted. It came out just like this...... hang on let me axe this man what it is him wants. Now I know that some people can't help it but really???

Poor location with a terrible cramped and potentially dangerous drive-through. Their hours for breakfast are bad. Why sell breakfast if you don't open until 8am? Darned near all working people are at work at 8am! Open an hour earlier and the breakfasts would sell much more briskly.
