look I never have high expectations for fast food but it’s getting out of hand. Staff audibly sigh and huff about large orders, rude and and unprofessional service, food is usually half full and the crunch wraps are always, (and I mean always soggy and flat). I always order ahead (especially with large orders) this last time with now explanation my family order was careless thrown in one bag instead of box, which nearly tore its way home. I understand fast food might be layer quality and standards… but general kindness costs nothing, and care explain things to the customer would only cost a minute. the food and hospitality industry is only as bad as we let it be.
Do you enjoy hot sauce thrown into your hand like you’ve ruined their day for asking for hot sauce? How about if the packets were thrown into your hand after your bag of food was already thrown into your hand while the thrower was walking away? You’ll love the service here!

No exterior lights at 9:00pm. Got pulled around because “there’s only one person who can make food here tonight and this is a big order” order was for two combos. After waiting we were served cold stale food.

I specifically went to the Farragut location because some of the other locations have issues with consistency and quality control.
I ordered a Mexican Pizza combo, and even before I opened the box, it smelled a little like burned plastic. I thought maybe it was the carton it was in. I tasted the pizza, and it tasted like it smelt. I called the store, and the Mgr stated, "Oh yeah, it's PROBABLY just old. " Why would you make food and send it out if you knew the Tortillas were RANCID????
I've been sick all afternoon and evening. I don't think I will be eating TACO BELL again any time soon,

I went through a second time because I asked for a “grilled cheese burrito with tomato, lettuce, and extra rice” I payed 8.25 for this and then was given this with beef on it(I am vegetarian and do not eat beef). So I came through again and they gave me a grilled cheese burrito but there was no extra rice (which is what I payed for) and it was not grilled well at all. I called and told them I came through twice and wasn’t given what I needed. The manager (or whoever answered) asked the employees if they added what I ordered to my burrito and she said they said yes. I heard laughing in the back and they all sounded like they had an attitude the whole time. I’m confused why it’s complicated to give what people (customers) asked for and then to get an attitude about it is unprofessional and rude. No help was given and no one seemed to care if I got what I ordered. This behavior is crazy especially with the location this Taco Bell is located…y’all should know better and have some common sense and professionalism (especially for a fast food restaurant it shouldn’t be that complicated to give the correct order or not be rude.

The man giving me my food rushed to give me my drink before I could even pull up. Not to mention the food took a while to even get to me. I got home and my tacos barely had any meat or cheese in them. The only good thing was my drink and bean burrito.

Placed a to-go lunch order inside at the kiosk. Waited about 10 minutes to receive my food during which time I witnessed the saddest excuse for customer service as bags of food were tossed/slung onto the counter with only one call of the customer’s name. No tag or receipt on any of the bags so no way to know for sure whose order belonged to whom. One sack of food and a beverage sat on the counter for 5 minutes before the woman slinging the bags got it and slung it over in the area for the drive-thru orders. I’m sure the food was no longer even warm as the bag was wide open. No smiles, no one said thank you. I felt as though I was a burden just being there. Took my food home and it wasn’t even very good. I’m sorry if this lady was having a bad day, but her attitude made my lunch experience very sub-par. I doubt I will return.
