I ordered a burrito and churros and both tasted old and the churros were stale.
The workers couldn't even bring themselves to smile or offer a hello or thank you.
While at the window for the drive-thru I was directed that I would have to pull my van forward past the curb and then back up because something about their sensor or whatnot. What happened to the bare minimum for customer service.
Total turn-off to Taco Bell.

This location intentionally turns off their outside lights to make people think they are closed. When you order they ask you to wait several minutes in the hope that you will leave because they are not busy at all. No reason to wait. Awful location!

Mobile orders never get completed properly at this location . They never move past the “order received” status. Have to drive to a further location to pick up now.

Pulled into drive through and was told it would be a wait. Waited over 10 min sitting at the drive thru screen. Ordered a quesadilla meal and taco was missing I didnt realize until I got home because they put the quesadilla in a box

ordered four avocado salsa paid for them. Also paid for that new queso didn’t get anything in the bag I had placed a mobile order so when I went through the drive-through, I told them my name he told me that they had the order at the end. I didn’t hear what he said so I just continue to drive to the drive-through window when I got to the window. He told me that since I didn’t listen to him that I could wait for my food now that he was gonna park me and whenever he got a chance, he would be out here with it. The way and the tone that he spoke to me did not seem acceptable. I myself work in the food industry and don’t treat people that way

Food was fresh and hot, and the Online Exclusive provides okay value. Would be easier to just make it available in-store.

We were greeted immediately and then asked to wait. For 12 mins. The food came rather quickly but from start to finish, the whole drive thru experience was about 17 mins. There was a line of cars around the building. All 3 sprites were carbonated water.

look I never have high expectations for fast food but it’s getting out of hand. Staff audibly sigh and huff about large orders, rude and and unprofessional service, food is usually half full and the crunch wraps are always, (and I mean always soggy and flat). I always order ahead (especially with large orders) this last time with now explanation my family order was careless thrown in one bag instead of box, which nearly tore its way home. I understand fast food might be layer quality and standards… but general kindness costs nothing, and care explain things to the customer would only cost a minute. the food and hospitality industry is only as bad as we let it be.
Do you enjoy hot sauce thrown into your hand like you’ve ruined their day for asking for hot sauce? How about if the packets were thrown into your hand after your bag of food was already thrown into your hand while the thrower was walking away? You’ll love the service here!

What a joke folks. The reviews are true sorry but true. fast today isn't what it is supposed to be. Folks WON'T work anymore and it is what it is. I say stay home and cook yourself it will be better or just to a Latin restaurant
