Dude. I go to this Taco Bell all the time and ask for well done grilled cheese burritos all the done (grilled is in the name?)… and so I came back around to tell them it was not well done (it was literally not even barley grilled)… the woman with red hair who took my order seemed kind and understanding… BUT this blonde girl who was making my food I guess says (from the back but I hear her because the window is wide opened) “who asked for a grilled cheese burrito well done, like who’s going to tell them we don’t do that.. doesn’t make any sense”…. Appalling rude ass statement to say especially while the window is open…I work in food service and when some orders something a certain way and you guys say “ok will that be it” then they expect their order to come out that way…working with food and lacking the common sense of how to cook a grilled burrito is wild to me…you can make anything well done why in the hell would I want a raw tortilla for my “grilled” cheese burrito… i also have seen Taco Bell’s kitchen and know you guys have the equipment to cook something for longer… you guys need to train your workers on attitude and also just basic cooking skills because it ridiculous if customers can’t ask for well done food and not receive that…. Or even if it was a mistake(which I understand and don’t care about it having to go back) just be an adult and realize things happen and not all customers are rude ass Karen’s undeserving of proper service!! (I will be coming back but 50/50 of y’all’s workers are rude and lazy and get mad when you ask for the bare minimum) shout out to red hair lady for being mature and kind.

Ordered in the app for takeout, but I'm glad I checked my food. What kind of made from the dumpster scraps that the raccoons didn't eat tostada is this? Girl didn't even understand what was wrong with it. Did that mean it's normal to her? It's not. This isn't a tostada. This is trash.
I typically have a decent meal here. This location even broke my 10+ year hiatus from Taco Bell. I really hope that this kind of trash doesn’t become the new norm here, and I really, really hope that everyone else is checking their to go orders too.

A little over a year ago, this location encouraged me to end my 15 year Taco Bell hiatus. I was so impressed by the food I began to eat there regularly. Since then I ate there almost once a week. I would tell people if they wanted to have good Taco Bell to come to this location. Until now. I take it all back. The last two times the food and service was so horrible. The food was not prepared properly both times and was a mess when handed to me. I will now go back to another 15 years+ of never having Taco Bell again thanks to this location. The one star is because they have motivated me to eat better.

Drove thru to pick up mobile order. Got home (15 miles) and found we were missing the main item on the building your own. The crunch wrap Supreme. Called the store and told me I could co.e back or next time let the know. Didn't take my name or anything. No apology just those two options.

I stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat and use the restroom. I’m not from here. I’m just passing through. I was very amazed at how clean the restaurant was. The bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and quick service. The food was excellent and was made just as I requested it. I have to get certain modifications on my order and they did excellent with accommodating that. The wait time was super great. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I highly recommend this location if you’re local to the area or just passing through. You wont regret it.

Tonight I had a very disappointing experience. The young man in the drive-though was a total dick for the whole experience. I gave him my mobile code and told him my order and he was just snappy the whole time. Anyway’s I get my total and move up to the next window. Note: I always order the cantina chicken taco with no issues but tonight I was given the soft version of the taco. He didn’t even ask me which kind I wanted. I get all the way home and to my disappointment I have the soft cantina chicken taco. I call the store and they tell me it cannot be replaced and I have to order it again. I’m completely ashamed of taco bell since this is one the first times I’ve ever had an issue like this.
