I went to this location about 1230 last night. Upon arrival I saw a girl running around the restaurant I went in the drive-through and then after a few minutes, a woman came out and let everyone know that there was a car whose battery died in the drive-through and that she would be opening the lobby and making sure everybody gets taken care of. She unlocked the doors. She had a wave of customers come in and her crew knocked it out of the park I actually helped the guy jump off his battery, but I just wanna say the manager Kelly, I think Took control the situation and made sure every customer was happy! When I called to complement her, she gave credit to a couple others on her team and thanked to me. This woman deserves a raise not sure what she’s making now but I’m telling you you can count on and depend on her. If I ever have an opening, she might get sniped. Meaning, I would try to steal her away. She took control the situation, handled it perfectly and made you guys money when a lot of people would have turned people away just saying that car was blocking the drive-through kudos to all of you working in the early morning shift 1/16/2026!

I wouldn't know because you close the dining at 9 pm and 40 cars in line. Makes no sense since you have no servers. So you require the same amount of employees at all times. You're open till 4 am .....be open fully.

A bit of a wait at the drive thru but other than that everything was good. The window worker was extremely friendly and had an incredibly good attitude. Especially to be so busy. She pretty much added a star with good personality.

I don’t know what happened at this Taco Bell, but I’m convinced the employees clocked in specifically to ruin my day. My order tasted like it had been assembled during an earthquake. The taco shell was so soggy I thought it was a tortilla that gave up on life. The cheese? Absolutely MIA. The lettuce looked like it had seen some things and didn’t want to go on.
I asked for mild sauce and they handed me exactly one packet like it was a rare collectible. ONE. And it was empty. Who gives someone an EMPTY sauce packet?? What am I supposed to do with that — manifest flavor??
My Baja Blast tasted like someone whispered the IDEA of Mountain Dew over a glass of melted ice. The vibes in the drive-thru were so tense I felt like I was in a hostage situation.
By the time I got home, everything in the bag had fused into one giant, beige, taco-adjacent blob. Honestly, it should be studied by scientists.
Would I return? Only if every other restaurant, grocery store, gas station, and edible plant on Earth ceases to exist.

Got are order wrong. Asked for no lettuce but had it on there. Was fixed with no problem and was given a couple coupons for a free tacos.
The meat was cold ,the portion of meat was so small that you couldn't even taste it and the hard shell was more softer than the soft shell one of the worst experiences I've ever had at Taco Bell!!!!!!👎

Sent my sister here to grab my food and the girl with the blue hair was so rude to her she hollered at her and also slamed the window so hard I heard it threw the phone. This is so un professional and then she gave her the wrong order and she took it back mind you this was like a $35 bag of food and she returned it hoping the right owner get it. Please FIRE THE BLUE HAIR WOMAN ON NIGHT SHIFT SO RUDE AND MEAN.
