They gave me the wrong item in the drive thru. I went inside to exchange it for the correct thing. The guy working the counter told me it was correct, and that I was mistaken (I wasn't). After a rebuttal or two, I didn't feel like arguing, so I left with an incorrect order. Employee didn't even look at it or attempt to amend the situation. Not the excellent service this T. Bell usually provides.

Trash, food was cold, and I was basically eating a chalupa salad, cuz why was my chalupa barely filled with steak, and don't get me started on my sisters crunch wrap, the tortilla was sticking onto the wrapper, and poorly wrapped.
Very quick with their orders. Floor and equipment in back and front very clean!!!!

This TB is the best in town! I live near the TB on KP and they r the employees are always rude and screw up my order 100% of the time. I visit this TB and they are friendly and always get my order correct 100% of the time. Save yourself a headache and come here.

Somehow I was charged 19.50 twice on top of 7.85 for the Nacho Bell grande extra beef. Then they tell me it takes up to 72hrs to post alleged refund, so I basically have to pay for their mistake. Between that and the lady working the register tossing an order of nacho fries. Extreme lack of communication lead them to charge my card 3 separate times. General manager needs to retrain a cashier that tries to rush through a rush, charge customers for another person’s order, no apologies and proceeds to throw a fit a the drive thru. Last I checked I’m the one out of 39 dollars because of her incompetence so I should be the one pissed. Calling corporate soon as get up in the a.m. Brendan F(name of cashier)working the register at Taco 8615 Bell Walbrook between 11:20pm to 11:23pm charged me twice for someone else’s food 39.00 total on top of 7.85 for my original order. Will never order from there again unless I’m physically standing in front of the register so that their gross negligence doesn’t have me paying for someone else’s food again.

It is taco bell, but given that, this is one of the better locations. Food is always fresh and correct. Staff is friendly, we order pretty large orders online and they are still fast and get it right almost always.
Please learn how to read. Nacho cheese clearly ain't sour cream. And it said sour cream clearly on the bag label
basically the best taco bell ever pretty much. literally can't get better taco bell anywhere else. also the service is impeccable
Vegetarian options: can make almost any item vegetarian by substituting the beef to beans, potatoes, or rice for no extra charge.
Dietary restrictions: can make items "fresco" for those who don't eat dairy, it substitutes dairy items for pico de gallo.
