I ordered through DoorDash and did not receive the correct sauce or one of the items. Literally only had 3 total items. When I called for a recovery the guy on the phone was very rude and dismissive. He claimed that all the workers on shift were “managers” and they watched all items be placed into the bag. He then claimed that the Dasher opened the food and took one of the items, however when the food arrived the bag was untouched. To this he answered “the bags are easy to open even with the stickers” and also mentioned how this happens often if this is the case, why not fix this recurring issue? He then said that he would take my information so I could come back through at my earliest convenience and when I asked if this would be free of charge, he hung up. Not impressed.

When I'm paying almost $2 for a side of cantina chicken look at the picture because this is not $2 worth you seriously need to do something about your employees doing this kind of crap cuz I'm about ready to stop coming there next time I'll contact the corporate office

Best Taco Bell i’ve ever been to. I go here for lunch almost daily, they always pack the food full of cheese/meat/etc. never a flat or sad burrito in sight. super friendly staff who always take care of you. service is super quick, I get my food within 5 minutes or so of ordering, I’d like to applaud this crew for being an awesome staff. p.s. i’d buy your baja blast zero in bulk if I could- you all should put it back on the app ;)

basically the best taco bell ever pretty much. literally can't get better taco bell anywhere else. also the service is impeccable
Vegetarian options: can make almost any item vegetarian by substituting the beef to beans, potatoes, or rice for no extra charge.
Dietary restrictions: can make items "fresco" for those who don't eat dairy, it substitutes dairy items for pico de gallo.
