I ordered a Craving Box today and it was absolutely perfect. As you can see from the photo, Taco Bell really delivered on quality this time—everything was fresh and delicious!
What impressed me just as much as the food was the cleanliness of the store. It was spotless, which made the whole experience even better. I’m not from the Knoxville area, but if I’m ever passing through here again, this is exactly where I’m stopping.
A huge thank you to the staff who put my order together with such care. Keep up the great work!

They ALWAYS mess my order up. They leave items out and fix food wrong. Their workers do not know what goes on food they miss ingredients even when you pay for it. Do not order from their app you will get no assistance whatsoever! The management is rude and doesn’t offer to replace food or assist in any way! I have stopped ordering from Taco Bell due to this. Go elsewhere.

I cannot stand getting fries that’s been sitting around for 10 hours! You know when they make their self something to eat they make it fresh, now why give customers cold hard taco fries? I guess from now on I need to say make fresh fries!

Since when does a 5 layer beefy cheesy burrito have beans instead of beef?

I have been there 3 times since they tore down the old building and built the new one a couple months ago and today was the absolute worst day for their food. It’s always old but today was a special old bc the Mexican pizza stunk so bad and I though maybe it’s the metal from where they cooked it then I took a bite and almost threw up bc the taste of the Mexican pizza and how sour it was. Every time the food is old especially the bell grande but today was the 1st time I literally almost puked
Never again

Taco Bell stores are my favorite fast food option but I stopped at this store late on evening and couldn't get the kiosk to take my order and there wasn't enough employees available to help customers in the dining room so I left.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I don't know why Taco Bell insists on hiring entitled teenage brats to work there but it makes the experience horrible. And why ask about a donation? That's stupid, why the heck would I be buying Taco Bell if I had money to donate to corporate officers going on vacation? If the employees would stop asking these stupid questions then maybe the lines would move faster and your customers would be happier, but no, Taco Bell corporate is to stupid to realize people hate waiting for bullshit questions
Wanted to try the new $6 fries with red hot. But can't stand onions so I ask for tomatoes instead of the pico(onion tomatoes mix)
They wanted to charge me extra for less.
Cashier wanted to argue with me about it. Like u couldn't just put tomatoes instead. Ya I get your tomato count will b an ounce short. Pico will be an ounce over. Shouldn't ever have come to an argument to begin with. I wasn't asking for anything free just not to be charged more for less ingredients.
I still ate here bc I was on time constraint for lunch. But instead of 15-20 $ ticket I spent 6$ total

This used to be one of the best Taco Bells around. Since the remodel i have tried it twice and both times were awful. First time food was wrong, second time it took 45 minutes to get food. Don't waste your time. Drive on down the road, it will be faster.

Usually clean and polite when I go in. I do however always pay for extra cheese, tomato and sour cream (which adds up!) and very, very, VERY rarely do I ever get it. But at least they are nice when they are taking my money ....

This Taco Bell used to be the BEST around for Miles.. Now I'd rather make my own Tacos ect. at home .... They should look at Record sales, they used to have a Mgr Named Bryan who insured food quality and that food was made by Taco Bells training specs... IT WAS FIRE 🔥 back then... since the New remodel I dont see any responsible Managers around... a bunch of kids that dont care and food quality sucks 😒 hate to be so blunt but man maybe they should try to find their Old Manager and offer him up a great deal to come back! Also No register inside only Kiosks... Taco Bell some older people dont do well with that... it's not customer friendly and very time consuming... drive through is slowwww... please bring back customer service, atleast 1 register and Maybe a Good Mgr with the ability to hire qualified taco makers and good FOOD🙏

Order quite a bit of food I know I have modifications but one was extra sour cream they put no sour cream they fixed that before my husband left. He got home with my food and I'm eating my chalupa now and it's so old it's hard to even eat. I'm just hoping the rest of my food is not like this

i ordered a Discovery Luxe Box and instead of a crunchwrap, i got a piece of chicken wrapped in a tortilla about the size of a baby’s hand. Terrible service, dude had no idea what he was doing. Not worth the price. had to go back many times in just one order because he kept forgetting stuff. smh.

This Taco Bell used to be one of my favorites — until the remodel. Since they reopened, I’ve been there three times and only managed to get food once! The drive-thru line moves at a snail’s pace now, and when I tried going inside, I discovered there’s no counter to order from anymore — just kiosks. I hate to say it, but this location really went downhill after the remodel. It used to be the best fast-food stop at the Straw Plains exit!
