Anyone can have an off day, but three consecutive visits now I’ve waited 45+ minutes for food ordered ahead on the mobile app that still wasn’t ready when I arrived and they said it would still be awhile before I’d have my food. Avoid this location at all Costs.

The crew here is absolutely a joke, no sense of urgency or costumer service whatsoever. The food quality was trash, I love Taco Bell, always have been a fan of the brand and the products but this location and the western avenue are the worst in Knoxville, lazy kids with no work ethic no management or leadership to guide them, if I was the franchise owner I’d be really concerned about my 3.5 star google ranking and quit letting the silver spoon in their mouths brats ruin my reputation cause I assure you a few more months like this and this location will be shutting down, I’ll be going out of my way to the location by the mall or not having it at all, a huge $40 disappointment can be spent elsewhere and your google rating tells me I’m not the only one, do better or close down

This undoubtedly a top Taco Bell. My husband and I live nearby and we joke that this Taco Bell must be the location they film commercials at bc our food almost always comes out looking better than the photos (I know, unheard of for a fast food restaurant). The staff is so nice and the atmosphere inside is great. We say we have the best Taco Bell in America. Big fans of this location.

Slowest drive thru ever. They won’t let you move up after you order until the car at the window is gone. So they just pile up cars with no one moving. Wouldn’t go here.

820pm today walked in to get my online order girl got a nasty attitude as soon as I walked in the door. Set inside for 25mins with about 5 other people nobody was helped inside only drive through. Whole time my food was under the heating lamp.

Came for a grilled cheese burrito… left with soiled boxers :/
Service was great at 12:30am, but they did mess up one item for my wife’s boyfriend. I’ll be back, but next time I am ordering inside.
