While this Taco Bell is consistently the most clean one I’ve ever been in, it is also the slowest for really no reason. Everyone in the drive thru gets served first and if you go inside to order you’re basically screwed. Today we waited over 30 minutes for our food. Other patrons at the store were on their lunch break and ended up not being able to eat their food AND were late going back to work simply just waiting for their food. People were standing at the counter waiting for so long that we all could’ve gone to a sit down Mexican restaurant and had our food sooner than we got our food here and the food that we got wasn’t even that hot like it wasn’t extremely fresh like it should’ve been after that long wait. But everyone in the drive thru got served fast. An employee said “I can’t help it, sorry” about our wait. I wish this were an isolated incident but unfortunately this Taco Bell location is consistently the slowest taco bell I’ve ever been in with waits being ridiculously long no matter what time of day we go.

Second time (consecutive order) it's frustrating. Third time in a row? Done, not doing it again. Only reason Score wasn't lower was when I've gone over to sort it out it's been largely painless. The only issue is how many times it's had to be done now.

I live nearby and visit this location often. Usually, the same woman takes my order, and every time she asks me to “hold” several times, leaving long pauses between each item — it feels like it takes forever for her to ring things up.
This visit, we had a full car of five adults and spent about $70. We tried to order online, but their online ordering was turned off. While placing our order through the drive-thru, the same woman kept asking for clarification and telling us to wait. Because of the long silences, my husband thought she needed time between each item. But after several minutes of back-and-forth, she suddenly said over the intercom, “Just give me the full order — we have to get through this; we close in 11 minutes.”
We were trying to go as fast as we could, but it seemed like she couldn’t keep up. The food here is always good, but the customer service is consistently frustrating. Unfortunately, after this experience, I wouldn’t spend $70 here again.

went thru drivethru and ordered food, than sat in the parking lot with my friend to eat. soon after 2 employees come out and go to there truck. we see them pouring something into a empty taco bell cup. we realized and saw it was Michelob ultra beer. we said something to them and they admitted they just started drinking and had a 24 pack. they brought the taco bell cup filled with beer inside and was drinking on the job. they kept coming back out to there truck to fill up for more beer.

Got here ordered our food then sat in the parking lot 2 employees came out and was pouring something in empty taco bell cups and then they turned around and we realized that it was michelobes ultra beer and we asked them if that was beer and they admitted to drinking on the job and to be quiet so no one could hear us never will be going back to this taco

Did mobile order. The first two workers who offered to assist, I informed them of Mobile order. Claimed working on it. Several minutes passed and noticed no workers. When one returned I waved to get her attention. She looked up my Mobile order and stated hadn't started it yet. It was 30 minutes before I finally got my food from arriving. Ordered food before shopping at Food City and still took a long time to get my food at Taco Bell. First time visiting and not sure will return. Food good but service slow.
