This location was great when it first opened, but has quickly gone downhill as well. Rarely gets an order right. Avoid avoid avoid.
You have to wait forever unless you’re willing to touch a nasty self service kiosk, that the homeless guy was using. . Employees walking by just looking at you like your second class citizen. Just take our order already.

Pulled in line at the drive through at 12:27 with three vehicles in front of me from the speaker. When I got to the speaker I was placed on hold for 8 min. by the time I got my order it was 12:51. The girl at the window was very sweet and apologetic. This place needs new management in a bad way. Fries were ice cold in places like they didn't have time to cook from frozen.

I ordered 3 burritos made fresco and when I got my food they had cheese on them. I have a dairy allergy and this isnt the first time this has happened. When I asked employee what Fresco means he had to ask another employee. I understand mistakes happen but it's happened multiple times at multiple locations. I usually just give the food to homeless people and eat elsewhere but tonight I decided I would make an effort to create change.
I feel the cooks need better training on food allergies and the menu options before Lawsuit or worse, someone dies! Do better taco bell.

I ordered dinner on the app because, it simply was cheaper than picking it up. There was a free delivery perk. It took over an hour to receive our order. When we finally got our food, there was a whole meal left out of the order. I contacted the app for help, since that’s where I ordered it. It was days before I heard back. They sent me a $10 coupon which didn’t even cover the missing meal… Literally had to leave and go grab my child Taco Bell because that’s what we planned on having for dinner. I spent twice the money trying to make this right. Customer service was terrible. They did nothing to make this right. Didn’t even offer to replace the meal, which honestly is all we wanted. I’m not sure if the app is to blame or the store..?
Just heads up don’t order delivery.. and beware that if they forget anything they’ll scam you for your $$.

I use this drive thru all the time, today I left without my debit card. I've been trying to call the number on here and no one answers.

Food was cold. Flour for burrito never saw heat. Ate burrito in car due to my schedule so it didn't have time to get cold...literally 1 minute. Order and paid for sourcream...didn't get...had to go back in...why have a drive thru when customers have to go in to get their order corrected
