40+ minute wait for exceptionally small and simple order. Consistently takes forever to get food here. 4 people working in kitchen and only 20 guests in the dining area. Everyone was getting their food super late, not just my order.

my friend's food got (very blatently) stolen and the employees were extremely understanding and remade her order as soon as we told them the issue and gave her a coupon for the trouble. I'm sure they deal with this all day but they left a great impression on me and they deserve a shout out.

Forced to wait in line for 35 mins with no way out because of giant curbs. Order was incomplete, and manger was rude. Even while in the store to get food, I had to wait in line to even complain. Two other people were ahead of me with the same problem. This may be a nationwide Taco Bell problem, had the same issue in ohio.

If i could give ZERO stars, i would. Do not eat here. Got food poisoning on Saturday Feb 8th and just now able to review and call the health dept. It was terrible and do NOT eat here unless you wanna die. It's bad. Just dont.
