I had taken my order on the kiosk. But them after around 20 minutes. And after MANY people after me getting food. I had to ask for my order for only them to start working on it. And after getting my food to realize my order was wrong.i had paid for extra chicken to only get a mountain of cheese. And lettuces on all of my tacos when I asked for them to be removed. I love going here but wait for a long time and still not getting what I ordered is not okay.

Best taco bell in the Knoxville area. Can get backed up late night drive through, but the line will move. Food is as good as Taco Bell can get here.

Waited at drive thru window. For more than 10 minutes kept saying hello!! No body answered pulled up to the window asked if theyre headset was working asj3d to speak to the manager she resolved the issue asking me to go back to the line after 5 more cars. Dissappointing!!!

Food and Service is top notch at this place. Staff was mind blowing considering it's a taco bell, so kind and hard working. Only downfall is the homeless that comes in and out constantly to go to the bathroom and do drugs or make a mess. Unfortunately staff can't say anything

Waited an hour in the drive thru at midnight to get my food. 3rd shift seems to be understaffed and cannot meet the needs of the customer in a reasonable time frame. I feel bad for Uber drivers/dashers relying on this place to make money. Horrible experience based off time it took to get a hot meal alone. Avoid late at night unless you like lines.
I am a huge fan of this Taco Bell. The food and the staff are just great. In an area that has limited selections on fast food shops, I'm glad TB has this location.
The last three online orders I’ve received have all been incorrect. Each time, ingredients I asked to be removed were included, and items I specifically requested were missing. I've yet to receive a consistent or correct order. I’ve called about these issues, but nothing has been resolved. Every time I visit in person, the staff seems indifferent and unhelpful.

Workers gave me wrong order and refused to refund me when I called about receiving the wrong order. Even though they admitted they gave me an uber eats order. Ordering thru the window and receiving an uber eats order is insane. And the lady who answered the phone having an attitude about giving ME the wrong order is worse. Poor service poor food.

They have an employee who is confused as to HE is. We observed HIM take a break and use the women's bathroom. I guess the Lord was watching out for my daughter and myself because when I catch a man in the bathroom with my 12 year old I'm leaving in cop car and HE is leaving in an ambulance. Its unacceptable regardless
