4 star's because it's a Taco Bell and everyone knows that you aren't getting a fine dining experience, but even then the food is only sometimes correct via mobile order and the waitstaff is focused on being quick, not friendly.

They gave me the wrong order and when I called to inform them they hung up on me. Rude and the food there is nasty. I’ll take my business to Kingston Pike moving forward. They know what they are doing and treat their customers way better. This location on Western needs to shut down. They suck!!!!!!

I'm still sitting at Taco Bell with my order. It was incorrect 3 times. I ordered in the window and the AI took my order wrong, and it was correct on screen. Idk how. So I went inside to re order and when I went in, I was yelled at and told I was being an asshole bc they're under staffed. I hadn't even said anything yet btw. So the manager locked the doors, with me inside and it took 25 mins to make 2 burritos, I watched dozens of customers try and get in, and to be honest, idt theyr understaffed, 6 people is enough for a kitchen. No one had head sets on, everyone was chatting and I've never seen food move so slow in my life and I work real kitchens. Also my food was hard, undercooked rice, cold, and smelled awful, idky or what the did to it but I was repulsed and could not eat it. Please stop adding these stupid AI and kiosks in your stores. I will not order from ai or a kiosk again, meet you customers like u used to. I haven't had any bad experiences with this taco bell till now and I'm pretty upset w how they handled the people.

I went inside only to order a happy hour drink and was left at the counter unattended for 8 mins as the employees kept walking past me ignoring me. I continued to ask “should I just go through the drive through?!” They continued to ignore me and finally took my order after taking a drive thru order. The store was nasty and trashy just like their attitudes.

Place is filthy. They forgot my cinnamon twirls.. I had to remind them and then they added them to the bag . See the picture to see what my crunch wrap supreme looks like. I’ll stick to the Taco Bell off Schaad Rd.
