DoorDash order. Not sealed, photo shows it. And literally nothing was correct in the order. Zero sauces, and those are important! Mexican pizza was not cut. No sour cream on one of the crunchy supremes. Can’t speak to in person service. But it seems they take no care in door dash orders.

So dont go at night, the staff is too busy getting krunk and dissing customers. Food is ok, when its right usually wrong and honestly not worth fighting with the manager over it. Better stores close by

I hate the order at the kiosk thing so service should be done face-to-face at the counter. But special request of extra army onions was honored by the manager without harassment that sometimes comes at Taco bells

The quality of the food and service has gone down hill
4 star's because it's a Taco Bell and everyone knows that you aren't getting a fine dining experience, but even then the food is only sometimes correct via mobile order and the waitstaff is focused on being quick, not friendly.

They gave me the wrong order and when I called to inform them they hung up on me. Rude and the food there is nasty. I’ll take my business to Kingston Pike moving forward. They know what they are doing and treat their customers way better. This location on Western needs to shut down. They suck!!!!!!
