Waited in the drive-thru for 20 min before our order was even taken. Food is cold as well. Horrible service. Make the drive to the seymour location. It will be worth it instead of stopping at this one.

The Emory Rd. Taco Bell has great food. The staff is somewhat friendly. They just have issues getting everything in the bag. They also have trouble getting food the way you order it. I just double check everything in the bag before I leave.
If you say you open at 9 then people expect to order at 9.

The employees harassed me and my driver accused us of trying to steal and we're all around horrid people. I will never come to this location and I strongly advise anyone with any semblance of self-respect to just stay away.

Came here to pick up a doordash order because online it said they were open until 1 am and at 12:40 they informed us they were closed. I had to pull up to the actual window to figure out if the place was closed or not. I sat at the speaker box with no response for 5 minutes.

I could taste the cig break in my burritos. These people work miracles. This is literally the pinnacle of fast food. Give me all you can give! I love you. Bring back the coin spinner in the lobby pls I need my beefy 5 layer to be basically free again. Ur my everything.
